Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, man holes etc. and getting out in hard/dense soil complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms thick, all as as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point, all as as specified and directed.

Material and labour for pre-cast cement concrete block, (1:3:6), type C1 (using 20mm nominal size, crushed and graded stone aggregate) masonry with solid blocks and setting in cement mortar (1:4) having minimum compressive strength of 50 Kg per Sqcm complete in all respect as specified & directed.

Providing and laying for cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm nominal size crushed and graded stone aggregate) as in coping, hold fast or of similar type of work including necessary form work complete in all respectas specified & directed.

Supply and fixed window guard bars, hold fasts of plain/square conforming to Fe-290, Gde E-165 and fixed in walls of any description including bed blocks cutting, angle iron/flat iron frame of appd design and similar articles complete in all respect as specified & directed.

Supply and fix first class hardwood (MPTeak/Sagwaan/Ghana Teak/Burma Teak) plain solid straight chowkhat/frame and shutter sections wrought framed rebated on the solid rounded or chamfered but together with glue pinned at joint complete all as specified & directed.

S & F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid board, one side decorated and other side plain flush door shutter of 30mm size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. (Note: stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S S screws shall be paid separately) complete all as specified & directed.

S&F of 17-18mm thick WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid board, one side prelam/rigidlam and other side plain colour fixed with screws, solvent cement/adhesive to make cup board/ cabinet shutters/drawer front/sides, partitions, shelves etc. including 1mm thick PVC lipping/beading fixed with solvet over edges of ply of required width and colour complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 45 x 85 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm² , modules of elasticity 900 N/mm² and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed GI wire netting 0.90mm dia and 12mm square mesh lathing to wood or metal studding, joists, etc. in walls, ceilings, stanchions, beams, etc. including all laps, cutting, waste and cutting in plaster, concrete/stone surafce in patches complete in all respect as specified & directed.

Supply and fix stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples or steel screws/first class wooden beadings complete in all respect all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix for powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) aluminum frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including jointing cleats for fixing each other etc. and bathroom louverd sections complete in all respect as specified & directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles joint less/edge cutted of size 600x300x6-8mm thick as in vertical surfaces, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in ready made tile grout with pigment to match the shade of tiles over and including 10mm thick backing/rendering in cement mortar (1:4) complete in all respect as specified & directed. Note:- Those tiles fixed right angled to each other, the each tile should be chamfered/trim/sharp at 45 degrees at joint/corner/edge, the quoted rate is inclusive of such provision.

M&L for joint less glazed/matt finish light/dark shade double charged Vitrified tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm and not exceeding 1.00 Sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured tile grout to match the tile colour, over cement screed bed or bedding layer 20mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) complete in all respect as specified & directed.

M&L for joint less glazed/matt finish light/dark shade double charged Vitrified tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm and not exceeding 1.00 Sqm in dado/skirting etc. set and jointed in ready made tile grout & pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tile colour, over and incl 10mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 complete in all respect as specified & directed. Material and labour for 50mm bore dia high density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) and fittings of pressure rating 6kgf/cm² fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors as drain out pipe etc., including necessary cutting and chasing in wall or floor of any description complete in all respect as specified & directed.

Supply and fixed 16-18mm thick pre-polished (table rubbed and polished) machine cut Granite stone work (of any type & size) in steps(treads), window/door-cills, cooking platforms, wash hand basin counter and like bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry with 20mm thick cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in ready made tile grout with pigment to match with shade of granite and cutting for circular holes of any dia for fixing sanitary fittings or of simialr work complete in all respect as specified & directed.

S & F Machine cut cudappah stone slab 20-25mm thick over cement screed base, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab in floor/dado including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified & directed.
