Taking down cement plaster of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etcand removal of entire debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving not exc 15 cm thick above or below ground level and removal of debris to a distance not exc 50 mts and depositing where directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling inluding cement mortar bedding (but not backing), stacking serviceable tiles at site and removal of entire debris as ordered outside NGV Premises complete all as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames not exc 1.5 sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from frame) and stacking at site where directed.

All as per item 4 here-in-above but exceeding 1.5Sqm but not exceeding 4 Sqm each

Taking down shutter of any description exceeding 1 Sqm but not exceeding 2 Sqm each and stacking at site where directed.

Taking down shutter exceeding 1 Sqm not exceeding 2 Sqm, easening adjusting and refixing in the same opening to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Second class hard wood factory made kiln - seasoned, plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames , wrought, framed, rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered , put together with glue, pinned at joints and fixed in position complete all as directed.

S &F 35 mm thick second class hard wood factory made glazed and skeleton shutter open rebated and prepared to receive glass, guage etc edge of framing plain chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing guage etc size of members of shutter as specified in SSR Part I Section 8 clause 8.24 (a) supplied and fitted to chowkats.

S&F 30mm thick Flush shutters, solid core construction, with block coard core & plywood face panels commercial type on both side conforming to IS 2202 (Part- I) -1999, including internal liping beading all round fixed as in Door Shutter,Cup board shutter & Kitchen rack all as specified.

S&F 19 mm thick MDF Board both side finished cut to size & fixed in wardrobes , number of compartments & drawers as ordred complete all as specified.

S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50X47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube supplying and fixing in opening as per specification all as directed.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rails. (ii) Aluminium shutter top, middle & bottom rails section 65x44.5x1.80mm thick. (iii) Floor /top hydraulic closer heavy duty for each shutter. (iv) Fixing arrangements legs in hold fast in walls incl PCC (1:3:6) typeC1making good distributed surfaces complete in originally shape. (v) Partially 12mm prelaminated particle board and paritially 5mm thick frosted /clear coloured glass emblem as directed /approved quality fixed with aluminium section including rubber gasket as in door shutter complete. S&F Powder coated aluminium sliding window (three way) frame & shutter with glazed shutter and without miremesh shutter /skeleton section with the following details :- (i) Aluminium frame section 116x36.50x1.80mm. (ii) Aluminium shutter glazed/skeleton section 50x20x1.50mm thick. (iii) Aluminium grill size 50mmx50mm and 4 to 5mm thick bars complete all as specified. (iv) Fixing arrangements legs in hold fast in walls incl PCC (1:3:6) making goog distributed surfaces complete in originally shape. M & L rendering 15 mm thick CM 1:6 on stone masonry surfaces other than fair face of brick work or one sided lathing finished followed by 10mm thick settting coat in CM 1: 6 inclding finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement in walls complete all as specified and directed by Enigineer in Charge

Preperation of new or previously treaterd surfaces to be applied must be free from dust, loose materials, oil or any other materils, all surface cracks up to 5mm wide filled with Dr fixit Pidicrete URP, applying primer Dr Fixit Torchshield primer with mixing 50% of water equal proportion, after the surface completely dried up Apply 2 coats of Dr Fixit Roof seal over roof/vertical surfaces @ 0.75ltrs/sqm for each coat at an interval of 12 hrs between the coats and allow drying completely Note : Ponding test will be carried out after fully dried out at leat 72hrs, test will be carried out for 48 hrs by filling water up to 50mm level observe for leakages if any and then remove the water and allow the coating to dry completely for about 24 hrs before proceeding further.

Removing complete shrubs/ vegetation upto root grown in any description such as grown in wall / beam / roof /chajja etc in height up to three storey building including filling the holes where the shurbs removed with cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) of minimum size 15cm x15cm x 15cm or as required and making good the distured surface as per its original specification to the satisfaction Engineer-in-charge& removal of the taken out shurbs out of MD land and disposed complete all as directed.
