CHARPOY GI PIPE (Drg No FD - 220)

Supply and fabrication and fixing of long rail of charpoy GI pipe fabricated with 32 mm bore medium grade galvanized iron pipe including removing of old unserviceable long rails complete all as specified and shown in drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Fabrication and fixing only short rail of charpoy GI pipe fabricated with 32 mm bore medium grade galvanized iron pipe including removing of old & unserviceable short rails complete all as specified and shown in drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- GI pipe obtained from long rail vide item No 14.01 above will used for fabrication of short rail.

Fabrication and fixing only leg of charpoy GI pipe fabricated with 32 mm bore medium grade galvanized iron pipe including provision of top and bottom clamp for MNF set fabricated with 25 x 3 mm thick flat iron and washer and welding 3 mm thick MS plate at bottom of leg and painting of clamp and MS plate with 2 coats black Japan paint over one coat red oxide primer and including removing of old & unserviceable leg complete all as specified and shown in drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
