MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS TO VARIOUS 33/11 KV SUBSTATIONS AND OH/UG NETWORK OF MRS STN HQ AT ZONE -II JAISALMER MIL STN UNDER GE (A) JAISALMER

M&L for Caliberation/Servicing/Overhauling & testing and commissioning of factory manufactured, HT 11 KV Phase 3 wire 50 C/S upto 800 Amps, 18.4 KA or suitable amps single panel switch board, vertical isolation and horizental draw out type vaccum circuit breaker (VCB) confirming to IS-13118, EIC-56 totally enclosed, single busbar floor mounting metal clad indoor extendible fully interlock complete comprising the following :- (a) CTs primary current injection test . (b) IR values of CTs (c) Ratio test of PTs and IR value (d) Protection relays testing through secondary current injection kit (e) Voltmeter, ammeter functional tesing (f) Breaker tesing for tripping time, closing time, contact resistance values and physically healthyness of Vaccum interuptor. Note:- 1. Wiring of Control Panels of VCBs, wiring of WTI, OTI, CTs, PTs will be including quoted rate. 2. Contractor will be responsible for arranging the expert for checking and rectification/Alteration of control wiring of safety relays through primary and secondary injection kit 3. Relay calibration report shall be submitted to the department.

Taking down and dismounting defective transformer 33/11 KV of capacity 5.0 MVA from foundation by using crane and transporting to workshop or factory (authrorised for such repair) for repair after disconnecting HV, LV side HT cable or HT aluminium conductor, dismantling the same for repair & renewal of unserviceable parts and reassembling complete, spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamelled grey paint after preparation of old surface writing MES No with white paint of suitable size letter and transporting to back from workshop to site, installation on plate form, testing & commissioning to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note for item no 2 : Spare parts i.e transformer oil,copper winding wire for rewindig will be measured and paid separately under respective items

Supply & fix in repair insulator, disc type,porcelain/Polymer series in three with hardware, vitreous,white, brown or green of suitable size socket type, single disc assembly for tension clamp for conductor working pressure 33000 Volt complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repair insulator, pin type,porcelain, vitreous,white, brown or green of suitable size with clamp for conductor working pressure 33000 Volt complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repair disc/suspension insulators for suspension strings on poles of suitable size with clamp for conductor working pressure 33000 Volt complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repair strain insulators at sharp curves,high tension araes on poles of suitable size with clamp for conductor working pressure 33000 Volt complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing in repair lightening arrestors 33 KV, 10 KA station type Class including all clamps, nuts, bolts and washers and connection to earth with 32x6mm GI strip complete and including taking down old unsv LA complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour in repair for switch air break gang operated triple pole mechanically operated, mounted on HT insulators (9 insulators type & 6 insulators for DO with horizontal operated) and MS galvanized steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level including operating rod for current rating up to 400 Amps 33000 volts complete with locking arrangement MS clamps, bolts and nuts and washers etc also including drop out expulsion type of fuses with fuse barrels of required capacity to suit load at site including two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer on MS work and including taking down old switch air break gang operated complete all as specified. (stack for fixing with poles shall be measure and paid separately).
