Water Proof Frame: Providing and fixing Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frames of cross-section 90mmx45mm having single rebate of 32mmx15mm to receive shutter of 30mm thickness.The laminates hall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat.Door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs.The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides.M.S.stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame.

Aluminium handles: Providing and fixing 150 mm aluminium handles anodised transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with nuts and screws etc. complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and direction of Site Engineer.
FABRICATION: Supplying, fabricating, erecting, placing and fixing in position M.S. structural works using rolled/ built up sections for truss, claddings, bracings, purlins, supporting frames made of joists, tubes, pipes, channels, angles, plates, flats, bars etc. including cutting to required size welding of joints, fixing anchor plates, including bolts, theading, nuts, washers, sleeves etc. including preparation of detailed fabrication drawings & submission to the Engineer-in-Charge for approval before start of fabrication, supplying & applying painting with two coats of epoxy paint "EPILUX 155 High Build Enamel over a coat of "EPILUX 610" Primer of M/s BERGER or any other approved equivalent make as per manufacturer’s recommendation, complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Excluding the cost of concrete work).
Roof Treatment: Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with non-woven polyester matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25°C, 0.87-0.89 kg/ litre and viscocity 70-160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane Torch and sealing all joints etc, and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : (a) Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 650/450N/5cm. (b) Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300/250N. (c) Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. (d) Cold flexibility shall be up to -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D-5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane. 3 mm thick.
Gola: Providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10 mm and down gauge), including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) as per standard design In 75x75 mm deep chase
Khurras: Making Khurras 45x45 cm with average minimum thickness of 5 cm cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) over P.V.C. sheet 1 m x 1 m x 400 micron, finished with 12 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and a coat of neat cement, rounding the edges and making and finishing the outlet complete.
SYNTHETIC PAINT: Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture.
EXTERIOR PAINT: Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade on New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)
INTERIOR PAINT: Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade in New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer.

Boring: Labour for boring tube well of required dia by water jet system through any type of soil strata including hire and labour charges for boring pipes, scaffolding ,tools and plants as necessary and taking out them and lowering pipes, strainer , blind pipe etc . and fitting and fixing the same complete including bucket washing and other including works in the connection along with development of borewell, alignment test, yeild test, etc. as detailed in technical specification. The tube well should have a minimum 50mm gap in between the outside of the tubewell pipe and the bore. (150 mm dia casing pipe upto depth of 150 m)
Boring: Labour for boring tube well of required dia by water jet system through any type of soil strata including hire and labour charges for boring pipes, scaffolding ,tools and plants as necessary and taking out them and lowering pipes, strainer , blind pipe etc . and fitting and fixing the same complete including bucket washing and other including works in the connection along with development of borewell, alignment test, yeild test, etc. as detailed in technical specification. The tube well should have a minimum 50mm gap in between the outside of the tubewell pipe and the bore.(50 mm dia casing main pipe & filter pipe upto depth of 150 m)

PVC Pipe: Supply of PVC pipes & fittings (medium duty ) conferming 150 mm dia(uppercasing Pipe as per ASTMD-1785) (30 m x 2 pumps) complete in all respect as per site engineer and EIC direction
PVC Pipe: Supply of PVC pipes & fittings (medium duty ) conferming to ASTMD-1785 dia. 50 mm (Main Pipe) (350 m), complete in all respect as per site engineer and EIC direction
Strainer: Supply of high density polythene-strainer of approved make and 50 mm or required size as per site condition with adapter conforming to IS specification & as per direction of EIC
Water Testing: Collecting sample of water for Bacteriological and chemical test fromany depth at any time during excution of work including hire and labourcharges for tools and plants and srterilising the equipment , pay allcharges and fees, testing etc. complete in all respect as per direction.
Submersible pump: A) Installation / testing / commissioning of i) 1HP Solar Submersible Pump, ii) 1HP MPPT Pump Controller, iii) 300W (144 cell) Solar PV Module – 3Nos with all attachment complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and direction of Site Engineer.

EARTH WORK: Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. All kinds of soil.
Sub-grade: Preparation and consolidation of sub-grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earth with lead up to 50 metres.
SAND FILLING: Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.
FLAT BRICK SOLING: Supplying and laying flat brick soling in foundation trench, in floors, garages, sumps, etc., with bricks of class designation 50 laid to proper slope, level and grade etc. filling of the joints with sand etc. complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and direction of the Site Engineer.
RCC: Providing and laying design mix cement concrete of M-30 grade in roads/ taxi tracks/ runways, using cement content as per design mix, using coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 40 mm nominal size in appropriate proportions as per approved & specified design criteria, providing dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars wherever required, laying at site, spreading and compacting mechanically by using needle and surface vibrators, levelling to required slope/ camber, finishing with required texture, including steel form work with sturdy M.S. channel sections, curing, making provision for contraction/ expansion, construction & longitudinal joints (10 mm wide x 50 mm deep) by groove cutting machine, providing and filling joints with approved joint filler and sealants, complete all as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. [Notes: (1) Item of joint fillers, sealants, dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars to be paid separately. (2) Cement content considered in M-30 is @ 340 kg/cum. Excess/ less cement used as per design mix is payable/ recoverable separately]. Cement concrete prepared with batch mixing machine
Providing and laying in position bitumen hot sealing compound for expansion joints etc. using Grade 'A' sealing compound.
REINFORCEMENT: Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more
