Site cleaning: Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in-equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m. All kinds of soil.

EARTH WORK: Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

a) All kinds of soil

SAND FILLING: Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Antitermite Treatment: Supplying chemical emulsion in sealed containers including delivery as specified - Chlorpyriphos/ Lindane emulsifiable concentrate of 20%

Antitermite Treatment: Diluting and injecting chemical emulsion for POST-CONSTRUCTIONAL anti-termite treatment (excluding the cost of chemical emulsion) :

i) Along external wall where the apron is not provided using chemical emulsion @ 7.5 litres/ sqm of the vertical surface of the substructure to a depth of 300 mm including excavation channel along the wall & rodding etc. complete with Chlorpyriphos/ Lindane E.C. 20% with 1% concentration

ii) Treatment of soil under existing floors using chemical emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300 mm apart including drilling 12 mm diameter holes and plugging with cement mortar 1 : 2 (1 cement : 2 Coarse sand) to match the existing floor with Chlorpyriphos/Lindane E.C. 20% with 1% concentration

iii) Treatment of existing masonry using chemical emulsion @ 1 litre per hole at 300 mm interval including drilling holes at 45 degree and plugging them with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) to the full depth of the hole with Chlorpyriphos/Lindane E.C. 20% with 1% concentration

SAND FILLING: Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

FLAT BRICK SOLING: Supplying and laying flat brick soling in foundation trench, in floors, garages, sumps, etc., with bricks of class designation 50 laid to proper slope, level and grade etc. filling of the joints with sand etc. complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and direction of the Site Engineer.

DPC: Providing and laying 40 mm thick CC 1:2:4 Damp Proof Course with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone chips 6 mm down size) laid to proper level & line including providing shuttering, applying two coats of bitumen applied @ 1.50 Kg/sqm and spreading an even layer of coarse sand over hot bitumen, etc. complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and direction of the Site Engineer.

PCC (1:2:4): Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level with 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (Zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

RCC(1:1.5:3): Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (Zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

RCC(1:1.5:3): Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (Zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

BRICK WORK: Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Artificial stone: Artificial stone in floor, dado, staircase etc with cement concrete (1:2:4) with stone chips, laid in panels as directed with topping made with ordinary or white cement (as necessary) and marble dust in proportion (1:2) including smooth finishing and rounding off corners including raking out joints or roughening of concrete surface and application of cement slurry before flooring works using cement @ 1.75 kg/sq.m all complete including all materials and labour. In ground floor. 3 mm. thick topping (High polishing grinding on this item is not permitted with ordinary cement). Using grey cement. Thickness:35 mm

VITRIFIED TILES: Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 Kg/sq.m. including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. Size of Tile 600x600 mm

ACID RESISTANT TILES: Providing and fixing 10 mm thick acid and/or alkali resistant tiles of approved make and colour using acid and/or alkali resisting mortar bedding, and joints filled with acid and/or alkali resisting cement as per IS:4457, complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Ceramic Tiles: Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of first quality conforming to IS:15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 Kg/sq.m. including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment, etc. complete.

Wall Tiles: Providing and fixing first quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS:15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 Kg/sq.m., including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

PLASTER: 15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Water Proof Frame: Providing and fixing Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frames of cross-section 90mmx45mm having single rebate of 32mmx15mm to receive shutter of 30mm thickness.The laminates hall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat.Door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs.The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides.M.S.stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame.

WATER PROOF DOOR: 30mm thick Fiber glass Reinforced Plastic(F.R.P.) flush door shutter in different plain and wood finish made with fire retardant grade unsaturated polyesterresin,moulded to 3mm thick FRP laminate all around,with suitable wooden blocks inside at required places for fixing of fittings and polyurethane foam(PUF)/Polystyrene foam to be used as filler material through out the hollow panel,casted monolithically with testing parameters of F.R.P. laminate conforming to table-3 of IS:14856, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Ventilation: Providing and fixing louver type glazed ventilator made of powder coated (70micrones) Ivory / White / Coloured (approved shade) standard Aluminium section of JINDAL/INDALCO/ AJIT INDIA/ HINDALCO or equivalent approved make fixed with necessary galvanised iron lugs embedded in cement concrete block of size 15x10x10cms in 1:2:4 mix or with rawl plug and screws or nuts and bolts as required including providing and fixing 5 mm thick glass in the louver panes and wire mesh shutter at inside of the main wall frame with rubber gasket, frame, aluminium handles, peg stays etc. complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and direction of Site Engineer.

GLASS PANES: Supply and fixing plain/ground glass panes 6 mm thick in doors,windows,partition etc fixed with necessary pins,putty/rubber lining,T.W. battens as the case may be all labour materials etc complete

Door: Providing and fixing fully glazed single/double leaf doors (one side or both side opening)made of powder coated (70 microns) Ivory / White / Coloured (approved shade) with 5.5 mm thick plain glass (best Indian make ) fitted and fixed with box type 101.6 x 44.45 x3.18 mm Aluminium frame (JINDAL/ HINDALCO/AJIT INDIA) with snap beading and glazing clips, anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS-1868, neoprene cushion, top pivot, locking arrangement hand rail, all accessories etc. complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and direction of Site Engineer. Note: Aluminium doors provided for toilet shall consist of single layer of 5.5 mm thick frosted glass in place of transparent or coloured glass, for which no extra payment shall be made.

Floor Spring: Providing and fixing double action hydraulic floor spring of approved brand and manufacture conforming to IS:6315, having brand logo embossed on the body/ plate with double spring mechanism and door weight up to 125 Kg, for doors, including cost of cutting floors, embedding in floors as required and making good the same matching to the existing floor finishing and cover plates with brass pivot and single piece M.S. sheet outer box with slide plate etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge With stainless steel cover plate minimum 1.25 mm thickness

Window: Providing and fixing fully glazed window made of powder coated (70 microns) Ivory / White / Coloured (approved shade) standard Aluminium section of JINDAL/ INDALCO/ AJIT INDIA/ HINDALCO or equivalent approved make fixed with necessary galvanised iron lugs embedded in cement concrete block of size 15x10x10cms in 1:2:4 mix or with rawl plug and screws or nuts and bolts as required including providing and fixing 5 mm thick smoke glass panes fitted with rubber gasket, glazing clips, neoprene cushion, aluminium handles, special locking arrangements, guides, all round weather strips etc. complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and direction of Site Engineer. Type: Openable/ sliding type shutter with 5 mm thick glass

Door Closer: Providing and fixing aluminium die cast body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISI, IS:3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 35 kg and door width upto 700 mm), with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete.

Aluminium handles: Providing and fixing 150 mm aluminium handles anodised transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with nuts and screws etc. complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and direction of Site Engineer.

FABRICATION: Supplying, fabricating, erecting, placing and fixing in position M.S. structural works using rolled/ built up sections for truss, claddings, bracings, purlins, supporting frames made of joists, tubes, pipes, channels, angles, plates, flats, bars etc. including cutting to required size welding of joints, fixing anchor plates, including bolts, theading, nuts, washers, sleeves etc. including preparation of detailed fabrication drawings & submission to the Engineer-in-Charge for approval before start of fabrication, supplying & applying painting with two coats of epoxy paint "EPILUX 155 High Build Enamel over a coat of "EPILUX 610" Primer of M/s BERGER or any other approved equivalent make as per manufacturer’s recommendation, complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Excluding the cost of concrete work).

Roof Treatment: Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with non-woven polyester matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25°C, 0.87-0.89 kg/ litre and viscocity 70-160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane Torch and sealing all joints etc, and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : (a) Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 650/450N/5cm. (b) Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300/250N. (c) Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. (d) Cold flexibility shall be up to -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D-5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane. 3 mm thick.

Gola: Providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10 mm and down gauge), including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) as per standard design In 75x75 mm deep chase

Khurras: Making Khurras 45x45 cm with average minimum thickness of 5 cm cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) over P.V.C. sheet 1 m x 1 m x 400 micron, finished with 12 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and a coat of neat cement, rounding the edges and making and finishing the outlet complete.

SYNTHETIC PAINT: Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture.

EXTERIOR PAINT: Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade on New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

INTERIOR PAINT: Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade in New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer.

Water Tank: Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank (Ref. Wash basin: Providing and fixing special coloured glazed vitreous China clay Pedestal type aesthetic wash basin of 580x500 mm size of Hindware make (Cat No. - 10050) or equivalent approved make with MS or CI brackets painted white, C.P. brass chain with rubber plug, 32 mm CP brass waste coupling of standard pattern, 32 mm CP brass bottle trap and union, 32 mm dia C.P. pipes to wall flange etc. including cutting and making good the walls & floors where required complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all required fittings, fixtures, materials, labour, tools, tackles etc. as per specifications and direction of Site Engineer.

Rain water pipe: Providing and fixing on wall face Unplasticised Rigid PVC (UPVC) rainwater pipes conforming to IS:13592 Type-A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS:5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion: (i) Single socketed pipes : 110 mm diameter

Shower: Supplying and fixing 150 mm dia C.P. shower rose (heavy quality) with 15 mm dia. Inlet including supply of bend and 20mm C.P. stop cock (heavy quality) all respect inclusive of cost of all fixtures .

Urinal: Providing and fixing white vitreous china flat back or wall corner type lipped front urinal basin of 430x260x350 mm or 340x410x265 mm sizes respectively.

Flush Pipe: Providing & fixing in position 32 mm dia galvanized steel telescopic flush pipe of Penguin, Soma or any approved make complete including cutting and making good the walls & floors including removing the damaged flush pipe etc complete.

Glass mirror: Providing and fixing mirror of superior glass (of approved quality) and of required shape and size with plastic moulded frame of approved make and shade with 6 mm thick hard board backing: Size: Oval shape 450x350 mm (outer dimensions)

Brick Masonary Drain: Construction of second class brick masonary open surface drain (Size: 200mm wide & 200mm average depth) in cement mortar 1:4 laid over a bed of 150mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including making haunches and providing 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) with a floating coat of neat cement inside and its top and exposed surfaces, including excavatioin, disposal of the surplus earth up to any lead and lift as per standard design and drawing, complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, carriages, excavation and refilling, curing etc., as per specifications of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick Masonary Catchpit: Constructing Brick Masonary catch pit in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including necessary excavation, 200mm thick foundation concrete 1:3:6 mix (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm size) and inside and top plastering (15mm thick) with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement making necessary connections to drains inclusive of all labour, material, equipment, etc., all complete as per drawing and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. Septic tank: Constructing brick masonry Septic Tank with brickwork in cement mortar 1:6 including R.C.C. 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 sand : 4 graded coarse aggregate) top slab, C.I. cover all as per standard drawing, etc. complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all materials, labour, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (For 10 Users)

SOAK PIT: Making soak pit 2.5 m diameter 3.0 metre deep with 45 x 45 cm dry brick honey comb shaft with bricks and S.W. drain pipe 100 mm diameter, 1.8 m long complete as per standard design with common burnt clay F.P.S. (Non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5

Boring: Labour for boring tube well of required dia by water jet system through any type of soil strata including hire and labour charges for boring pipes, scaffolding ,tools and plants as necessary and taking out them and lowering pipes, strainer , blind pipe etc . and fitting and fixing the same complete including bucket washing and other including works in the connection along with development of borewell, alignment test, yeild test, etc. as detailed in technical specification. The tube well should have a minimum 50mm gap in between the outside of the tubewell pipe and the bore. (150 mm dia casing pipe upto depth of 150 m)

PVC Pipe: Supply of PVC pipes & fittings (medium duty ) conferming 150 mm dia(uppercasing Pipe as per ASTMD-1785) (30 m x 2 pumps) complete in all respect as per site engineer and EIC direction

PVC Pipe: Supply of PVC pipes & fittings (medium duty ) conferming to ASTMD-1785 dia. 50 mm (Main Pipe) (350 m), complete in all respect as per site engineer and EIC direction

Strainer: Supply of high density polythene-strainer of approved make and 50 mm or required size as per site condition with adapter conforming to IS specification & as per direction of EIC

Water Testing: Collecting sample of water for Bacteriological and chemical test fromany depth at any time during excution of work including hire and labourcharges for tools and plants and srterilising the equipment , pay allcharges and fees, testing etc. complete in all respect as per direction.

Construction of RCC road at SV locations of PHDPL

EARTH WORK: Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. All kinds of soil.

Sub-grade: Preparation and consolidation of sub-grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earth with lead up to 50 metres.

SAND FILLING: Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

FLAT BRICK SOLING: Supplying and laying flat brick soling in foundation trench, in floors, garages, sumps, etc., with bricks of class designation 50 laid to proper slope, level and grade etc. filling of the joints with sand etc. complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and direction of the Site Engineer.

RCC: Providing and laying design mix cement concrete of M-30 grade in roads/ taxi tracks/ runways, using cement content as per design mix, using coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 40 mm nominal size in appropriate proportions as per approved & specified design criteria, providing dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars wherever required, laying at site, spreading and compacting mechanically by using needle and surface vibrators, levelling to required slope/ camber, finishing with required texture, including steel form work with sturdy M.S. channel sections, curing, making provision for contraction/ expansion, construction & longitudinal joints (10 mm wide x 50 mm deep) by groove cutting machine, providing and filling joints with approved joint filler and sealants, complete all as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. [Notes: (1) Item of joint fillers, sealants, dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars to be paid separately. (2) Cement content considered in M-30 is @ 340 kg/cum. Excess/ less cement used as per design mix is payable/ recoverable separately]. Cement concrete prepared with batch mixing machine

Providing and laying in position bitumen hot sealing compound for expansion joints etc. using Grade 'A' sealing compound.

REINFORCEMENT: Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more
