Providing and fixing customized MS sheet cupboard with shutters made of 18 gauge MS sheet, mounted on frame of rectangular hollow section 60x40x3.6 mm, including fixing of frame with hold fasts embedded in cement concrete block (1:3:6) of size 15x10x10 cm and providing and fixing necessary fittings such as hinges, handle and locking arrangement etc., complete. The cupboard shall be spray painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade at the rate of 1.16 litres per 10 sqm per coat, over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer applied at the rate of 0.80 litres per 10 sqm, the rate of application of enamel paint being the same for each coat. All necessary precautions shall be taken by the contractor to prevent damage to adjacent work and surfaces during spray painting. All works shall be carried out to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge ( Note: for the purpose of payment only the front face will be measured in sqm.)

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick mirror polished granite (of approved shade, colour and texture)for shelves, including cutting, moulding and edge polishing, embedding 2.5 cm wide granite strip throughout the unexposed length for proper anchorage, scope also invloved making chases in brick work of uniform size 40mmx 40mm and making good the surface with cement concrete 1:3:6, properly fixed with Araldite epoxy adhesive wherever required, including scaffolding, finishing and disposal of debris upto 50 mtr lead, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
