M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm as in floors, set in tile adhesive confirming to IS-15477-2019 type 1 and thickness as per manufacturer instruction of approved make including dimantling of existing floor tiles/finishes and rubbish off premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note:-1. Joints of tiles shall be filled with appropriate white cement base grouting compound to match the colour of tiles complete quoted rates deemd to be included it nothing extra shall be paid on this account. 3. 15 mm thickScreed bed deemed to be included in quoted rates.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles (coloured) 600mm x 300mm x 7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set in tile adhesive confirming to IS-15477-2019 type 2 and thickness as per manufacturer instruction of approved make including dismantling existing wall tile/ fineshes and rubbish off premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge Note:-1. Joints of tiles shall be filled with appropriate white cement base grouting compound to match the colour of tiles complete quoted rates deemd to be included it nothing extra shall be paid on this account. 2.Corners of floor and wall tiles in bathroom area shall be filled with white Silicon Gel quoted rates deemd to be included it and nothing extra shall be paid on this account 3. 10 mm thick rendering on brick wall other than fair faces deemed to be included in quoted rates.

S&F Vitrified Ceramic tiles 8-9mm thick (square/rectangular) double charged , area of each tiles n exc. 0.36Sqm, in floors and as in skirting of 0.10m height etc laid with minimum 3 mm spacer filled with Epoxy Resin of make :- Atul,BASF,Aditya birla,3M ,,set with Type -1 cement base adhesive As Per IS-15477-2019. complete as specified by Manufacturer complete. all as specified and as directed By Engineer-In-Charge.

S&F as in repair of 20 mm nominal bore dia CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain/Brass fittings(Elbow,Tee,MTA,FTA,Union) CPVC SDR 11 fittingsof Make:- Astral/Aashirwad/Tata wondra on walls/ceiling or laying in floors including plug at opening or points for fiting and fixtures and powder coated clamps for fixing in walls complete all as all fittings and fixed and taking down of existing 15 mm bore pipe of any descripttion complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F as in repair of 25 mm nominal bore dia and laying of CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain/Brass(Elbow,Tee,MTA,FTA,Union,Tank Adapter,) CPVC SDR 11 fittings of MAKE:-Finolex/Ashirwad/Prince or equivalent technocommercial as mentioned in Appx A here in after on walls/ceiling or laying in floors including plug at opening or points for fiting and fixtures and powder coated clamps for fixing in walls complete all as all fittings and fixed and taking down of existing 20 mm bore pipe of any descripttion complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F as in repair for special fittings ball valve for connecting of CPVC tubing outer dia 20/25 mm as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge.

Disconnecting & taking down the existing unserviceable water tank and Supply and fixing of 500 Litre capacity 4 layer antimicrobial tank hoisted & fixed in position & making necessary arrangements for fixing inlet, outlet & over flow pipe & provision of wash out pipe etc. complete as specified in SSR Part-I and as directed. Note :- Quoted Rates deemed to be inclusive of fixing 20mm PTMT Float valve ISI Marked complete all as specified and as directed.
