Repair and maintenance of street light, perimeter light, security light, flood light, post top light, bollard light fitting any type and make, junction box connection including MCB, MCCB, street light timer connection, cable to overhead lines, overhead conductor jumper and other connected items of street light of any type and any capacity fixed in any position i.e. on wall/pole/gate/garden/watch tower/High mast for repairing in presence of MES rep to ascertain defective parts of the fitting and preparing list of defective parts to be replaced for making the fitting fully functional testing and re fixing the fitting etc in its original position after repairs and keep the light fitting working condition complete all as specified & directed. Notes :- (a) Contractor will depute daily two Nos electrician with T&P in MES office/complain cell for received of the complaint and rectified the same. In case of absence of any electrician the penalty @ Rs 100.00 per day per electricians shall be imposed on the contractor. (b) The rate inclusive all the T&P i.e ladder, Veh required for execution of works shall be arranged by the contractor included in quoted rate. (c) Any complaint will be measured one time in same location/pole/light during contract period (d) Items required for repair / replacement work will be measured and paid for separately as "S&F in replacement". (e) Scope of work includes for minor stores e.g. PVC insulation tapes, screws, insulation sleeves, nuts, bolts, washers etc as required at site included in quoted rate

S&F in replacement street light bracket made to shape out of GI pipe 32 mm bore light grade, 1.5 meter length fixed with & including necessary MS Clamps of size 40x5mm 04 Nos including nuts, bolts and washers on pole etc complete all as specified and directed

S&F in replacement rigid non-metallic PVC conduit 20mm dia with fittings like tees , bends, elbow, reducer, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as coupler lock, nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc complete fixed on wall / ceiling PCC pole in ground all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement cable FRLS, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed size 1.5sqmm three core multistranded copper conductor cable including connection complete all as specified & directed.

Prunning / trimming the branches of trees if any along overhead line, 3 mtr on all side below/ above/ sides of overhead line and removing the same upto 150 mtr away each span not exceeding 70 mtr etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The above is to be ensured for the entire contract period by cutting/trimming of trees any number of times as required.

M&L for preparation of old painted surface of steel tubular LT poles 9m / 11m long and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint with black and white or yellow strips 30cm wide each upto 1.5m height from top of PCC foundation block and on remaining surface of steel pole applying one coat of aluminium paint after preparation of old steel surfaces including marking of numbering of poles with synthetic enamel paint white in colour in 80mm high letters over 150mm x 230mm yellow base and applying one coat of cement base paint on PCC pedestal complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for disconnecting, taking out defective under ground LT cable of length not more than 3 meter and of size 10 sqmm to 25 sqmm including excavation, taking out bricks cover and relaying the old cable in loop and making connection with proper new thimbles with cut out boxes,Feeder pillar box, MCBs etc including refilling of sand, relaying old bricks and returning, filling in soil etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement PVC junction box suitable for street light of size not less than 350mm x 250mm x 150mm, made out of polycarbonate having front side openable shutter duly provided with locking arrangement and provided with 04 Nos aluminium bus bar of rating 32 Amp alongwith 01 No MCB 6 Amp SP and provision of 02 Nos cable entries, pvc cable glands, proper size AL thimble, box fixed on street light pole with MS clamp 25mmx4mm 04 Nos proper size with nut, bolt and washer and connected assessories complete all as specified and directed.

Re-stringing / Re-stretching including jointing in situ of each span not more than 45 Mtrs between two electric poles having 3 to 5 Nos of ACSR conductors including GI earth continuity wire, with/ without guarding wires on electric poles of any size at different locations all as ordered manually or by telephonically means to the extent of permissible sag or tension by removing jumpers or bindings from insulators and making fresh binding with aluminium tapes after stringing complete as ordered.

Taking out the old unserviceable LT underground cable 16 sqmm 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, armoured heavy duty with multistrand aluminium conductors from trenches/wall/floor/road/ culverts or pole etc complete all as specified and directed . Note : Excavation and earth work, duct work, GI pipe for laying of cable and sand cushing/cable protection covers etc are beyond the scope of this item and shall be measured & paid for separately under relevant items of BoQ.

Supply , laying , jointing, testing and commissioning of size 6 sqmm 4 core LT underground cable , 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, armoured heavy duty with multistrand aluminium conductors IS-7098, laid in trenches /fixed on wall /floor /road /culverts /pole or encased in GI pipe complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation, earth work, sand cushion & brick protection shall be paid separately.

Supply , laying , jointing, testing and commissioning of size 10 sqmm 4core LT underground cable , 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, armoured heavy duty with multistrand aluminium conductors IS-7098, laid in trenches /fixed on wall /floor /road /culverts /pole or encased in GI pipe complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation, earth work, sand cushion & brick protection shall be paid separately.

Supply , laying , jointing, testing and commissioning of size 16 sqmm 4 core LT underground cable , 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, armoured heavy duty with multistrand aluminium conductors IS-7098, laid in trenches /fixed on wall /floor /road /culverts /pole or encased in GI pipe complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation, earth work, sand cushion & brick protection shall be paid separately.

S&F in replacement twin core flat 6 Sqmm size 1100 volt grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated with aluminum solid conductor over all PVC sheathed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement twin core flat 10 Sqmm size 1100 volt grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated with aluminum solid conductor over all PVC sheathed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement twin core flat 16 Sqmm size 1100 volt grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated with aluminum solid conductor over all PVC sheathed complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n exc 1.50 meter wide and n exc 1.50 meter in depth for foundation of pole, laying cable etc and getting out etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply , laying , double wall corrugated pipe (DWC) conforming to IS 19430 Part - I of size 50mm outer dia and 38mm inner dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand cushioning 230mm thickness with dry sand (one layer of 80mm thickness before laying of cable and other layer of 150mm thickness after laying of cable) and punned down to 180mm after laying of cable in trenches for protection of cable complete all as directed. Note :- For the purpose of payment only punned thickness shall be measured.

Taking up bricks laid as cable covers and stacking serviceable brick for reuse at site etc complete all as specified and directed.

Laying only old bricks retrieved from item srl No. 32.00 as cable covers in trenches etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick covering to underground electric cable using sub class ‘B’ bricks, laid dry, flat, perpendicular to the direction of cable etc complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point etc complete all as specified and directe.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm thick etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement MCB SPN of capacity 6A to 32A , 10 KA, type 'C', 240 volts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement MCB TPN of capacity 40A to 100A,10 KA, type 'C',240 volts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping and the like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in repair Nature Switch control panel (using Infrared Sensor technology) for Automatic switching of Street Light. The Panel should be suitable enough to take 3-phase load of 5KW. Nature Switch operation should be based on Natural Light Lux level ie required Illuminance Level for Switching ON is ≤ 60 Lux and for Switching OFF ≥ 10 Lux. The Sensor should also have part night operation facility of min. 4 hrs to max. 12 hrs.The Sensor along with suitable Power Contactor(s) and Incoming-Outgoing MCBs should be enclosed in a pole/wall mountable FR grade thermoplastic polycarbonate Enclosure (with HINGED LID) conforming to IP66 protection class 2. The circuit should also have provision for Manual Operation (i.e. Sensor By-Pass option). The Circuit should be suitable enough to take 3 nos. Contactors of 16 Amps/ phase rating, 3 nos. Incoming MCBs & 3 nos. Outgoing MCBs of 16-20 Amps each & Circuit wiring (Copper) of min.10 sqmm including fixing arrangement i.e 40mmx40mmx6mm angle suitable size of nut, bolts, washers and PCC work as required complete all as specified and directed

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of LT Feeder pillar distribution panel board CPRI approved outdoor type, horizontal type, double door system, weather proof, dust and vermin proof, made out on 40x40x6mm angle iron frame and 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet duly powder coated of suitable size with locking arrangement, factory assembled cubicle pattern modular and compartmentalized construction, floor mounted free standing type, 3 phase 4 wire system including wiring with suitable size rated current carrying capacity aluiminium bus bar with epoxy insulated coating with colour code and insulated support, complete with following accessories and suitable for accomodate the following MCB's etc complete and mounting the panel board on ground with PCC(1:3:6) bedding upto height of 30 cm above ground level complete all as specified and as directed (a) 150 Amps aluminium bus bar for all three phases and 150 Amps for neutral - 01 set. (b) MCB 63 AMP tpn as incoming - 01 No (c) MCB TPN- 05 Nos (g) Internal All links with copper conductor or solid aluminum bus bar of adequate capacity -01

M&L galvanised steel water tubing light grade of 40mm bore with & including all fittings complete laid in trenches. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately.

Dismantling unserviceable concrete pole/struts of any size removing from site etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, erecting & fixing in true vertical position pre stressed concrete pole conforming to IS-1678 of 9 mtr long, 102 mm x 172 mm at top and 102 mm x 279 mm at bottom class 10 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge. Note :- (i) The rate quoted shall deemed to included taking out conductors, earthwire from existing pole and refixing to newly errected pole. (ii) Earth work & PCC shall be measured and paid separately.

Dismantling insulator any type / any size from LT pole etc complete, all as directed.

Supply and fixing pin type insulators LT 1100 Volts grade porcelain vitreous white or brown including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanized iron washers, one galvanised iron nut, 100 mm height, 65 mm dia all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing shackle type insulator LT 1100 volt grade porcelain vitreous white or brown including galvanised insulator bolts, nuts 12 mm dia and washer including 31x3mm galvanised mild steel straps, 75 mm height and 90 mm dia of insulator complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of path / cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level.) & removing unserviceable materials in low laying area, complete, all as directed.

M&L for 150mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base as directed) all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Boring of holes under road, pavement hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm crushed graded stone aggregate as in coping and the like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles etc for poles complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing in replacement of MCCB 100 Amp ( fixed on existing panel) 415 volt, 4 pole, 25 KA breaking capacity with adjustable current range for overload protection and thermal release complete with spreader terminals (legs) and with proper lugs complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Srl item No '51.00' (here-in-before) but 63 Amps, 16 KA.

M&L in replacement of PVC separator in position to keep 2 Nos ACSR conductor wire as equal spacing complete all as specifeid and directed suitable for following Nos of ACSR conductors wire.
