Taking down carefully copper/Aluminium point wiring for light/fan/socket/power point and taking down of teak wood batten / PVC casing caping/ PVC conduit/steel conduit and making good disturbed surfaces of walls/ceilings /floors etc incl dismentling of fittings.

M&L point wiring for one light point controlled by one, one way switch with 1.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLSH cable 1100 Volt grade including 1.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLSH cable 1100 Volt grade as continuous earth wire in green colour to common earth and connected to earth dolly laid/drawn into and including PVC casing & caping with accessories fixed on surface of walls/ceiling by means of PVC sleeves/dash fasteners with cadmium plated screws, all as per IS, terminated in existing/New wooden terminal box for mounting fittings like switches, sockets, regulators etc with and including new 3mm thick phenolic laminated sheet top cover, fixed on top of terminal box complete all as specified & directed.

M&L point wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor fire resistant low smoke (FRLSH) PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1100 Volts grade confirming to IS-694 drawn through non metallic rigid PVC heavy duty conduit in concealed (min 20mm external dia) but shall be increased as per actual site requirement in accordance with clause No. 19.125 of SSR Part-I ISI marked with wall thickness not less than 1.8 mm including conduit accessories like bends, tees, junction boxes etc fixed concealed/ recessed in wall or ceiling including 1.5 mm FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed copper earth wire including sunken type pressed steel terminal boxes electro plated of suitable size with bakellite white/ coloured top sheet cover 3.0 mm thick for one light point controlled by one way switch all as specified & directed. Note:- The quoted rates shall be inclusive of cutting, chasing & making good of disturbed surfaces including matching of the existing coloured surfaces of the walls complete & as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
