2.8) Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

2.8.1) All Kind of Soil

4.1) Providing and laying plain cement concrete at all depths below and upto ground level in foundations, fillings, non-suspended floors including tamping, curing etc. but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering etc. as specified or directed in any shape, position, thickness and finishing the top surface rough or smooth etc.all complete up to Plinth Level (CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE/ISSUE POINT INSIDE PLANT.)

4.1.3) 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

4.1.8) P.C.C.1:4:8 (1cement: 2coarse sand: 4graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

5.2) Providing and laying cement concrete for all RCC works with maximum 20mm size hard granite stone aggregate in roofs, including slope roof, stair case,landing slabs, canopies, chajjas, bands,lintels, beams, lofts,projections,manhole covers,valve chambers,retaining walls, abutments,foundation rafts etc. in super structure upto floor V levels as per drawing,specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge including mechanical vibration for consolidation,curing for 3 weeks excluding cost of shuttering and steel reinforcement.(CEMENT SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST FROM NALCO'S STORE).

5.2.2) 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

5.9) Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of formwork as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

5.9.3) Suspended floors,roofs,landing,walls,columns etc. Above plinth.

5.15) Providing, hoisting and fixing upto all floor level pre-cast reinforced cement concrete in lintels, beams, bressummers, jalis,mouldings as in cornices, window sills, posts, struts and shelves etc. including finishing and plastering withcement mortar 1:3(1 cement: 3 fine sand) of thickness not exceeding 6mm on exposed surfaces to give a smooth & even surface,including centring, shuttering, and curing etc. but excluding cost of reinforcement with 1;2:4(1 cement:2 finesand: 4 graded stone aggregate of 20mm & down size) etc. all completed as per the direction of E-I-C. . [CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE.]

5.22.4) Bending / Binding and placing in position high yield deformed bars reinforcement conforming to IS:1139 or cold twisted deformed bars reinforcement conforming IS:1786 for R.C.C. work at all height and depths, carrying the same from store / issue points to site of work, straightening, cleaning, bending to required shape and lengths as per details, including supplying and binding with contractor's own 16 SWG soft annealed binding wire and placing with proper cover blocks, supports, chairs, spacers and return of unused / scrap / unserviceable steel to owner's storage point etc. all complete.( REINFORCEMENT STEEL / TOR STEEL SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE )

6.1.2) Providing and laying brick masonry with fly ash bricks in foundation, up to all depth in cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 sand ) using Nawarngapur or approved quality sand with brick class designation 50 including curing and racking out joints,scaffolding etc. all completed as per the direction of E-I-C.( FLY ASH BRICKS and CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST FROM NALCO'S STORE)

13.1.2) Providing and laying 12mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement:6sand) using approved sand or including applying water to surface before plastering,scaffolding,curing up to 7 days etc. all complete for all height/depth etc. all completed as per the direction of E-I-C.. (CEMENT SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE).

13.2.2) Providing and laying 15mm thick cement plaster(using Nowrangpur or approved quality sand) in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement:6 sand) on the rough sides of single or half brick wall or masonary work using approved type of sand including applying water to surface before plastering,scaffolding including curiing up to 7 days etc., all complete for all height etc. all completed as per the direction of E-I-C.( CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE )

13.46.1) Providing and applying arcylic paint New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm), to give an even shade after removing the foreign particle with wire brush etc. ( where ever required) on new work specified at all heights including all labour , tools , tackles scaffolding , consumables and materials required for the work and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

15.3) Demolishing R.C.C. work such as manhole cover slab etc. manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

15.7) Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

18.9) Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes,having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply pipe confirming to IS:13592 (of Krishna,Sriplast or approved quality) including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement ,trenching ,refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

24.12) Cleaning and developing the bore well in accordance with IS 2800(part-I) and IS 11189 to establish maximum rate of usable water yield without sand content (beyond permissible limit), with required capacity air compressor, running the compressor for required time till well is fully developed, measuring yield of well by "V" nothch method or any other approved method, measuring static level & draw down etc., by step draw down method, collecting water samples, including disinfecttion of tube well, all complete including hire & labour charges of air compressor, tools & accessories etc all as per requirement and direction of Engineer- In-Charge with their own compressor to the satisfaction of E.I.C.

24.1) Boring/drilling bore well of required dia for casing/ strainer pipe, by suitable method prescribed in IS: 2800 (part I), including collecting samples from different strata, preparing and submitting strata chart/bore log, including hire & running charges of all equipments, tools,plants & machineries required for the job, all complete as per direction of Engineer -in-charge, upto 90 metre depth below ground level.

24.1.1) 300 mm dia

Boring/drilling bore well of required dia for casing/ strainer pipe, by suitable method prescribed in IS: 2800 (part I), including collecting samples from different strata, preparing and submitting strata chart/ bore log, including hire & running charges of all equipments, tools, plants & machineries required for the job, all complete as per direction of Engineer -in-charge, beyond 90 metre & upto 150 metre depth below ground level.

24.2.1) 300 mm dia

24.3.0) Supplying,assembling,lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well, unplastcized PVC medium well casing (CM) pipe of required dia confirming to IS 12818, including required hire & labour charges, fiffings & accessories etc., all complete, for all depths including cutting and threading the pipe as per direction of Engineer-.In-.Charge.

24.3.3) 200mm dia PVC casing pipe midium duty (SCH-80 / 10mm thick min).

24.4.3) 200mm dia PVC midium duty casing filter pipe/well screen(RMS) pipe with ribs (SCH-80 / 10mm thick).

24.13.3) Providing & Fixing suitable size threaded mild steel cap with clamps for 40 mm dia pipe or spot welded plate to the top of bore well of 200mm dia. housing/casing pipe, removable as per requirement , all complete..

24.14.0) Providing and fixing M.S. clamp of required dia to the top of casing/ housing pipe of tubewell as per IS: 2800 (part I) including necessary bolts & nuts of required size complete

24.15) Providing and making all arrangements to conduct investigation to locate bore well points which includes the following as;. i) study of satellite map to delineate the possible ground water potential locations ii) conduct electrical resistivity soundings at 6 locations in the proposed areas

24.16) Providing & Fixing 2 nos SS nipple, one no GI bend as per required dia. Et. In HDPE line and pump etc. All complete.

24.17) Providing & Fixing stay wire of required size as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

24.18) Supplying & fixing of 2 HP submersible Pump set with eletric motor etc. (Single phase) with starter panel board of approved make (Kirloshkar or Crompton Greaves or CRI approved make ) with all fittings, fixures / testing and labour charges complete as per specification of manufacturer and direction of Engineer-.In-.Charge.

24.19) Providing & laying of 2.5 mm2 cable wire suitable for 2 HP submersible pump sets as per the manufacturers specification.
