Implementation of Level-2 Automation System in Coke Oven Battery No: 7&8, BSL.

• The Bidder should fulfill the following eligibility criteria: 1) The bidder should have carried out design/engineering, supply, erection/Supervision of erection, commissioning/supervision of commissioning of Computerized Oven Heating Control System for By- product recovery type Coke Oven Battery in Steel Plant in the last 10 years as on date of NIT. Self attested copies of following document shall be submitted by the bidder in support of above: i) Work order/any other letter of award of work/Contract document/Purchase order issued by the client. ii) Commissioning certificate/Performance certificate/Completion certificate/Final acceptance certificate/ any other documents issued by the client showing completion of job; correspondence to 1(i) above. The bidder should submit an affidavit stating that the eligibility documents furnished by them are genuine.

• 2.Consortium bidding is not allowed.

• 3. The average annual financial turnover of the bidder during any three financial years out of the last four financial years ending 31st March 2024 shall be at least Rs 11.00 Cr. (Rupees Eleven Crore only). The bidder shall submit audited annual financial reports in support of the above. The net worth of the bidder should be positive in the preceding financial year, as per audited annual accounts. Financial Year means the accounting year accepted by the prevailing law of respective country. Documents submitted in support of financial eligibility wherever certified by the CA member of ICAI (The Institute of Chartered Accounts of India) from 01-07-19 onwards, shall contain the Unique Document Identification Number (UDIN).

• 4 Bidder should submit self declaration in the prescribed format (Annexure 7 of ITB of section 2 of SBD) that No Corporate Insolvency Resolution/Liquidation Process have commenced against them under National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT).
