Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth, for foundations etc or manholes, cesspits, pipes and cables etc. not exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in any type of soil all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out in any kind of soil the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus spoil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good surface all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers of soft / loose soil not exceeding 25cm thick all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L RCC 1 : 1½ : 3, (nominal mix), Type A–1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation including raft, footings, foundation beams and the like complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L RCC 1:1½:3, (nominal mix), type A-1, using 20mm graded aggregates as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L 25 mm thick Cement Conrete 1:2:4 type B–0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates flooring finished even and rough to receive topping layer all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge .

M & L machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over and including cement screed base 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:3, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge.

All as per Srl item No. 16 here in before but for vertical surfaces over screed 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L granite work (of any type) 20mm thick machine cut as in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platform bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting, rubbing and polishing laid over and including bedding layer or screed 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L 18mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (veneering to wall) and like in cement mortar (1:3) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including rendering 10mm thick cement mortar 1:3 all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

Extra over Granite or marble slabs as in rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations etc complete all as directed. all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75mm thick cement concrete type C-2 (1:3:6) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection etc finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of interlocking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete.all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels up to 1.5 m clear span, seismic and other similar bands, benching, coping, bed blocks, apex stones and kerbs etc including use of necessary form work all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (Style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded coloured PVC ’C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and both side prelaminated PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail; Panelling of both side prelaminated PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/ sealed into the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and jointed together with solvent cement, Stile and rails feathered at edges, supplying and fixing in the frame at site as per specification complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Factory made wire gauzed PVC door shutter 30mm thick (Style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded coloured PVC ’C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and single side prelaminated PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail; Panelling of wire gauze shall be wrapped on an additional square 8mm M.S. Solid tube and this tube shall be welded to M.S. tubes.The wire gauge shall be stretched to tighten firmly with suitable PVC sheet beading, and jointed together with solvent cement, supplying and fixing in the frame at site as per specification complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level, connected to and including galvanized earth lead wire 4mm dia by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers and connected other end to main board duly protected by GI pipe 15mm bore, medium grade, earth plate surrounded by packed layer of coal dust and common salt 15cm thick all around bottom and top watering pipe 20mm bore of GI medium grade with funnel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part – I and connecting to earthing test point, main switch board and testing on completion including CI cover, frame and PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in earthing pit with CI cover and frame including necessary earth works etc, all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge. Note:- 1. PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 mtr away from the earth electrode of the earth pit and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner.
