Scarifying or picking gravelled, mecadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 Sqm and exc 50mm and n. exc 100mm deep, removal of debries complete ali as specified and directed

M&L 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM in Two layers of 75mm each (compacted) on with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm size) lime stone, sand stone flint or quartzile, spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required with 8 to 12 Tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed

-Dito-all as per ser item No 2 here-in-before but except material and in one layer of 7.5 cm thick (consolidated thickness), complete all as specified and directed. Note- Old material retrieved from ser item No 01 here-in-after shall be reused

M&L Preparing WBM by brushing with wire brush to remove caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the clearned surface with gunny bags and applying evenly ja priming/lack coat @ 10 Kg/10 Sqm using paving bitumen (VG-10) by mechanical sprayer and laying bituminous premix semi-dense asphaltic concrete 40mm thick consolidated thickness with paving bitumen (VG-30), binder content @ 5.5% by weight of total mix, including supply and mixing of filler (OPC Cement) as per design mix, spread using mechanical senser paver rolled and compacted with 8 to 12 Tonne power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed

M&L for bituminious premix semi dense alphaltic concrete 30mm (consolidated thickness) using paving bitumen of grade VG-30 with 5,5% binder content by weight of total mix, mixed in computerised Hot Mix Plant and spread by means of Self Propelled Mechanical Paver, rolled and compacted to required cabmer and gradient by using mechanical power road roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity incl applying evenly a priming /tack coat with bituminious primer using paving bitumen of grade VG 10 @ 5 Kg/10 Sqm on existing black top surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam using mechanically curshed stone aggregates mixed with paving bitumen (VG-30) @4% by weight of total mix in average thickness of 75mm, using aggregate as specified in clause 20.B 25 of MES Sch Part-1, rolled and compacted with 8 to 10 tonne power roller to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed. Note 4, 5 & 6: (i) Hot mix plant of adequate capacity shall be used for heating and mixing of constituents for preparation of bituminous macadam and the same shall be laid with mechanical sensor paver all as specifiedand directed (ii) Over newly provided bituminous macadam surfaces, further bituminous work, if ordered, shall be provided simultaneously after provision of bituminous macadamı & πο separate payment for provision of tack coat for bonding between the bituminous macadam & further bituminous work necessiated due to the time period gap or otherwise shall be made for separately (iii) The design mix shall be carried out from the Zonal lab/ Govt approved lab/Govt Engr College as approved by GE and design mix shall be got approved by GE before (iv) The cost of all the above aspects shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates of above item

M&L for marking lines/strips on roads/pavement with thermo plastic paint (tint as approved by GE) by hot mixing method as per IS specification, heating with gas, to achieve minimum uniform thickness 1.5 mm using painting materials @ 6.5Kg/Sqm and glass beads @250 gm/Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2.4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design ccording to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18.000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions

M&L 100mm thick of cement concrete 1:4.8 type D-2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 grade complete with grey cement and no pigment over and including 50mm thick sand layer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing, cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12 5mm graded stone aggregated) as in coping or edges including necessary from work complete all as specified and directed

Repairs to pot holes any depth not exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, path, etc cutting around edges at least 30mm in depth making good by applying tack coat with bitumen of grade VG 10 @5 kgs/ 10 Sqm putting in premix as specified for the bituminuous in premix as specified for the bituminuous carpet (2cm thick) well rammed and sealed with premixed sand seal coat (6.8 Kg of binder with 0.06 cum of sand) again well rammed (incl supply of premixed binder and sand) depth of phtholes nexc 30 mm rolled with power road roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity complete all as as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags or compressed air to remove all loose dirt etc on black top surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer usingpaving bitumen of grade VG10 @ 5 Kg/ 10 Sqm on existing black top for below bituminous macadam surfaces.

M & L applying retro-reflective road marking paint material in white/yellow colour pattern as specified strips including making direction arrow, minimum 1mm thick width or girth including embedding glass beads of standard size in hot material before plastic hardens complete as per manufacturers instruction on black top surfaces of road incuding cleaning of road surfaces by brush to remove dust, loose dirt and moisture etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings any thickness (below or above ground level) all as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (40mm graded stone agrregate) as in sub base of floors, finished even and fair over well/rammed/compacted earth complete all as specified.

M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (40mm graded stone agrregate) as in sub base of floors, finished even and fair over well/rammed/compacted earth complete all as specified.

M&L for providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory ompaction by using plate vibrator, filling he joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and attern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete.

S & F Chequered cement concrete tiles 30 cm x 30 cm x 25 mm thick, with grey cement and pigments, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors including screed bed 15mm thick in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stop, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified.

Material and labour, Cement Concrete work in pavement/hard-standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 25 cm or less and finishing the surface with brooming, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing bituminous surface of road and marking 2.5mm thick contre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262 1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufactures instruction complete all as specified and directed

Rolling and consolidation formation in cutting with roller using 8 to 12 Ton power roller complete to required level, gradient, slope, camber, super elevation including filling depression and including approved earth which may occur during rolling process all as specified

M&L for soling (or sub base) 150mm thick spread thickness with broken boulders or quarried stone, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated ti required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam/ water mix macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer al 10 kg per 10 sqm etc complete all as specified

M&L continuous brick equal with width equal to width of brick with sub class B old size brick laid dry on edge and vertically including taking down existing complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, all as specified.

Extra over stone walling for hammer with maximum depression on face rom straight edge held against the dressed surfaces not exc 20 mm to face stone(grnite or trap basalt) and dressing of face beds and joints as specified of random rubble walling of lime or sand stone uncoursed or brought up to course complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cement concrete type C2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel and drains, all as specified.

Extra for forming fair finished drain channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. all as specified.
