Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrowpits with all lifts and lead, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet required table 300.2 (With Carted Earth upto 8.00 km)

Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per technical specification clause 401. (Coarse graded material)

Cement Treated Sub-Base - Providing laying and spreading material on prepared sub-grade adding cement @ 2% by weight to the spread material maually, mixing in place with rotavator and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength and to form a layer of base.

Emulsion Treated Aggregat- (Wet Mix Macadam +1% OPC+3.5 % Emulsion (SS2)) Providing laying spreading to graded stone aggregate (WMM) after mixing of water at OMCin mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying with 1% OPC and 3.5 % emulsion in uniform single layer on subbase / subgrade and compacting with road roller to achive desired density.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen (VG-10) using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granuler surfaces treated primer and cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. MORTH (For BC)

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete. with HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder (VG-30) @ 5.4 % of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandom roller to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT&H Specification clause no 509 complete in all respects.

Providing & laying of 80 mm thick rubber moulded inter locking paver tiles incl. 30 mm thick fine sand cusion bed in proper slope & camber including all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days.

Plain/Reinforced Cement Concrete in Open Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications. RCC Grade M20

Supplying, fitting and placing TMT steel reinforcement complete in sub-structure as per drawing and Technical Specification

Brick masonry work in cement mortar 1:4 in foundation complete excluding pointing and plastering as per drawing and technical specifications

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:3 on brick work in sub-structure as per Technical Specifications.

White washing one coat including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Painting two coats after filling the surface with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new plastered concrete surfaces
