Demolition of brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Demolition of mud in roof, any thickness, including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges and similar work etc. Including cleaning/ removing all dust from existing roof surface before placing of concrete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

M&L rendering 10 mm thick on concrete surfaces of slab in CM 1:4 mixed with admixture of liquid water proofing compound @ 250 ml per bag of cement on green concrete surfaces complete all specified and directed. Note: Water proofing shall be measured & paid separately.

M & L applying one coat of cold bituminious primer @ 0.4 litre per Sqm on plaster surface including cleaning of surfaces all as specified and directed by Engineer – in – Charge

M&L for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weight 3kg per sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gm per Sqm) laid over primed surface by force application and APP membrane shall be covered with bituminious based aluminium paint @ 0.2 Kg per Sqm in two coats complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning existing reinforcement with wire brush/rotary wire brush to make surface free from rust scales, loose material, dirt etc complete and applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer with a coverage of 350gm per sqm on the existing rebar and allowing it to react with rust for 6 hrs and form a corrosion resistant, insoluable and adhesive protective layer, including cleaning the reinforcement, wire brushing to remove the rust spalls, with time interval of 1 hour between the coats. Product: Sika Rustoff-100 or equivalent makes M/s Fosroc or M/s Pidlite. Note: Measurement per sqm surface area of concrete shall be considered for payment.

Providing and application of zinc rich epoxy anti-corrosive protective coating for existing rebar corrosion protection system in 2 coats of 0.4 kg per sqm. The product should confirm carbonation resistance of 2 mm and bond strength > 1N/mm2 according to ASTM C 882-78. Product: SikaTop Armatec-108 Plus or equivalent makes M/s Fosroc or M/s Pidlite. Note: Measurement will be surface area of concrete shall be considered for payment.

M&L providing and applying 15-20 mm thick layer of single component, fibre reinforced, sulphate resistant, low shrinkage, high performance cementious structural repair mortar conforming to EN 1504-3 Class R4 on exposed concrete surface as per technical specification. Material should have Compressive strength ≥ 55 MPa as per EN:12190, Chloride ion content ≤ 0.05% as per EN:1015-17, Adhesive bond ≥ 2.0 MPa as per EN:1542, Carbonation resistance dk ≤ control concrete [MC(0,45)] as per EN:13295 & Elastic modulus ≥ 20.0 GPa as per EN:13412. (Complete finished item with all leads and lifts) Product: Sika MonoTop-122F or equivalent makes M/s Fosroc or M/s Pidlite. Note: Measurement will be surface area of concrete shall be considered for payment.

Demolition brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles including removing of debris from the site complete all as specified.
