Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar, removeing and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) & removing rubbish out side MD land, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in sub base of flooring, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-1 using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in sub base of flooring, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non Skid ceramic tiles colour jointless tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic tiles light shade in vertical surface 450x300x7mm thick, jointless tile set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement, set in 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:3, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L coloured digital glossy/Matt outdoor elevation ceramic tiles in vertical surface 450x350x7mm/600x300x7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for any coloured vitrified heavy duty outdoor anti skid tiles 12 mm thick (Square/rectangular) polished area of each tile exc 0.09 Sqm and not exc 0.36 sqm, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles and including 20 mm thick in cement plaster in CM (1:4) for fixing tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 75mm thick type B-1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) laid in alternative as in plinth protection including finished the surface even & fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description, any thickness from external surfaces of walls/soffits etc. incl raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbibg down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.
