Sand filling for foundation with clear river sand including cost of sand watering, ramming and consolidation etc complete as directed by Department officers.

Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 using 40 mm hard broken granite metal for levelling course including cost of placikng, ramming, consolidating, curing etc. complete for footings.(1.5m to 4.5m below GL)

R.C.C. using M 30 design mix for the following items excluding the cost of reinforcement and centeringkl charges but including the cost of mixing, placing in position, consolidating, vibrating of concrete, curing etc.
