Demolition of stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc. but excluding ashlars facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.
Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any descrition and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed.
Walling of random rubble stone masonry, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:6, brought up to courses, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note : Volume of PCC bond stone as provided in lieu of stone bond stone as per Serial Item No '04' here-in-after shall be deducted from total cumulative quantity of stone masonry.
All as per the description of Serial Item No '02' here-in-before but except stones i.e. using serviceable stones obtained from Serial Item No '01' complete, all as specified and as directed.
Pre-cast cement concrete, 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in bond stone set in cement mortar 1:6 and finishing exposed surfaces including necessary form work, complete all as specified & directed.
Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified, of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface not exceeding 40mm, complete all as specified & directed.
Raking out joints / poiting to random rubble or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought upto course work built in cement mortar, complete all as specified & directed.
Raised pointing to squared rubble masonry, coursed or uncoursed in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified & directed.
Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in cills, lintels upto 1.5 metre clear span, steps, seismic and other similar band, plinth course, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railing upto 60cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stone, bed plates, kerbs etc and in similar works including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and necessary form work complete, all as specified and as directed.
PVC (SWR) pipe 110mm bore single socketed in any length as in weep holes complete all as specified and as directed.
Boulder filling dry, hand packed tightly, gauge exceeding 80mm not exceeding 150mm, as in back filling of retaining wall complete all as specified and as directed.
Dismantling posts or struts embedded in concrete (wood steel or RCC) any section including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as directed at site.
Cement concrete type C-2 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.
Mild steel work in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed including drilling holes, notching for wire etc. flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.), necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, conforming to Fe-290 grade E-165, complete all as specified and directed. Note : The locking of holes after fixing of barbed wire and welding to bent up portion shall be done as directed at site. The quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of this aspect and nothing extra shall be payable to the contractor on this account.
Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type (Chain link fencing, GI mesh etc.) complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply only chain link fencing of 3.15mm dia galvanised steel wire, conforming to IS : 2721 -2003 including line wires, straining bolts, binding wire etc., complete all as specified and directed.
Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc., including provision of binding wire, complete all as specified and directed.
Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape as required, including pins / hooks etc. to fix barbed wire including cranking, bending, drilling, bolting or riveting, welding to angle iron posts etc., conforming to grade Fe 290 (Gde-E-165), complete all as specified and directed
Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed the both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, 5 to 10mm dia but length of bolt not exceeding 5cm complete all as specified and directed.
Dismantling of galvanised barbed wire of any description or in any position complete and removing from site all as specified and as directed.
Galvanised, 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provn of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc all as specified and as directed. Note : Each line wire to measured.
Cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.
Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment as in floors including over 15mm screed bed in CM 1:6, complete all as specified & directed.
Precast cement concrete coloured glazed interlocking tiles 60mm thick conforming to IS-15658, any shade, colour and pattern laid over and including 20 to 30mm thick stone dust / sand cushioning laid dry to the profile including vibrating with surface vibrator after laying of tiles including budding and filleting joints etc. complete all as specified and directed.
100mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in hardstanding etc., finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement including use and waste of formwork to divide the area into panels n exc. 2 Sqm each and laid in alternate bays, complete as specified and directed.

Cleaning/clearing of chocked sewage line (including manholes) 100mm to 150mm bore of any description, underground at any depth, removing any type of blockage including desilting, descaling and dechocking of drains as well as manholes and depositing the sludge in a pit (including digging of pit) not less than 100 metres away from the site of cleaning and covering the sludge with layer of 2.5cm thick layer of earth and spraying unslacked lime on the pit complete all as specified and directed.
Cleaning of septic tanks of capacity 100 users alongwith Inlet / Outlet Chamber, Manholes, Soakage Pits etc. by dewatering foul water, taking out sludge in semi liquid stage including all water effluences etc. from inside septic tank and removing all materials from site of work up to a distance not exceeding 100metre and depositing in earth pit of suitable size, sprinkling bleaching powder and covering the sludge with earth to a thickness not less than 30 cm after setting of sludge completely including all necessary excavation and earth work, returning filling in and removing surplus soil for earth pit and necessary temporary barricade to the surrounding of earth pit complete all as required and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
All as per the description of Serial Item No 28 here-in-before but capacity 25 users complete all as required and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note for Serial Item No 28 to 30 : Contractor shall ensure the hygienic condition of the surroundings of pit by using sufficient quantity of bleaching powder to sludge.
Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint, over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed.
