Excavation in trenches in n.exc. 1.5 m wide & n. exc. 1.5m in depth for foundation etc n. exc 10 sqm on plan in soft/loose soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge

Removing excavated material n. exc. 50 m & depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L for repair to unserviceable sluice valve of size 100mm bore by dismantling and opening the gland cap and head of sluice valve and taking out the unserviceable lock nut, fitting the material and fixing new (if required) serviceable spindle &lock nut , grinding the material cutting the threads by lathe machine and fabrication of new lock nut with cutting the threads inside the lock nut according to the spindle threads and refixing in the same position, testing the sluice valve, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge

M&L for repair to unserviceable sluice valve of size 150mm bore by dismantling and opening the gland cap and head of sluice valve and taking out the unserviceable lock nut, fitting the material and fixing new (if required) serviceable spindle & lock nut , grinding the material cutting the threads by lathe machine and fabrication of new lock nut with cutting the threads inside the lock nut according to the spindle threads and refixing in the same position, testing the sluice valve, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge
