Supply of 180mm dia OD PVC casing pipe 6 kg/cm2 Suitable wall thickness including erection and welding including the cast of coupling etc complete

Drilling of Borewell 150mm dia vertical bores depth as directed by the departmental officers including labour charges for inserting casing pipe assembling in the drilling holes including welding, jointing, grouting, the casing pipe etc,.

Supply and delivery of 10 HP borewell submersible pumpset, vertical type, with D.O.L. panel board and all necessary accessories, conforming to IS 8034:2018 with latest amendments, suitable for a duty condition of 75 LPM discharge at 225 m total head. The pumpset shall have dynamically balanced bronze impellers and stainless steel shaft for pump and motor and shall be directly coupled to a suitable capacity continuous-rated, three-phase, 50 Hz, 415/440 V AC submersible motor conforming to relevant IS specifications with latest amendments. The starter winding/cable shall be of high-conductivity copper with suitable PVC insulated 3-core flat submersible copper cable of required size, complete in all respects.

Supply and delivery of Star-Delta Starter suitable for 10 HP (7.5 kW) borewell submersible pumpset, conforming to IS/IEC 60947 and amendments thereafter, suitable for operation on 415 V (±10%), 3 Phase, 50 Hz (±5%) AC supply, including 3-pole magnetic contactors with under-voltage release – 3 Nos., CT-operated Ammeter (65 mm dia.) with suppressed scale, Voltmeter (65 mm dia.), Voltmeter selector switch, Miniature Circuit Breaker (MCB), Thermal Overload Relay, Air Break Contactors of suitable next higher standard kW rating, Single Phasing Preventor, Dry Running Preventor, ON/OFF push-button switches, internal wiring with suitable 1 sq.mm/4 sq.mm copper PVC insulated cables, housed in a powder-coated vermin-proof enclosure, complete with all necessary accessories. Cost of capacitor shall be taken separately.

Supply and delivery of 4 sq.mm, 3-core flat submersible copper cable, having high-conductivity stranded copper conductors, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed, suitable for 415 V, 3-phase, 50 Hz AC supply, designed for continuous underwater/submersible service, conforming to relevant IS specifications with latest amendments, complete in all respects.

Labour for the erection of submersible pumpsets in borewell including fixing and jointing submersible cable with proper claps upto the starter to the required depth values erection clamps, pressure gauges upto exterior wall of the pump room and erection of panel board consisting of TPICN, Switches Starter, Voltmeter, Ammeter, 3 pilot (Including lamps) capacitor, single phasing preventor, water level guard and laying and jointing the cables and twin earthing as per IE rules including construction of earth pits with earthing materials as per rules etc. complete testing pumpsets on trial run 30 days and as directed by corporation officers

Earth work excavation for pipe line in all soils and to full depth as my be directed and refilling the sides of standard specifications.
