4	Removing and taking out old worn out or damaged sleepers (any type of sleeper) from existing track by contractor's diplory including returning the same to board's store,and taking delilvery from area store and bring to the site fixing in postion new or usable sleeper with fitting supplied by the department free of cost as per existing sleeper density i/c all operation such as excavation preparation and formation lifting, levelling ,packing of sleepers alignment etc. all complete and as per the direction of the engineer incharge (no spearate payment for lifting of track required for this item shall be made)	150	NOS	-	-
5	Running out of fresh ballast (50mm) in B.G. track of O.C.M.
