CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR PROVN OF CONTOUR MAPPING AND MARKING OF EXISTING SERVICES IN WELLINGTON STATION UNDER GE WELLINGTON

Amount

(a) Mobilization of required Equipment (T&P) personnels to site/ existing ground and and demobilization of the same including other incidental expenses under defined cantt area. (b) Conducting Topographical Survey of Approx 790 Acres as detailed contour survey inside planned boundary / demarcation of cantt area by Electronic Total station/ Differential Gloabal Positioning system (DGPS), etc at every 5mx5m (Max) of grid intervals with marking of level with preparation of Land Plan of defined cantt area. (c) Preparation with Collection of filed data at every interval of 5x5mtr (Max) grid with appropriate marking of levels and existing structures/ services of visible and invisible assests in detailed manner given as per Appx 'A' & 'B' under and fixing with marking of suitable bench marks (BM) at certain location for future reference. The report should consisting of following details as (i) Grid (ii) Contour (iii) Google Map of defined cantt area duly marked by assests (iv) Photographic record during progress of work. (d) The services such as Appx 'A' and 'B' mentioned below to be marked over HS definiton Google map drg in AO size in 5 copies and soft copy. (e) Submission of 5 (Five) hard copies of the A0 size of complete set alongwith the soft copy, of above documents including Autocad file and KmZ file, showing of all visible features, as per instruction of Garrison Engineer must be submitted. NOTE :- Appx "A": Assests to be Marked by Consultant 1. Building, 2. Roads, 3. Retaining Walls, 4. Padestrian Path, 5. Raod Side Railings, 6. Drains, 7. Water bodies, 8. Man holes, 9. Septic Tanks, 10. Fencing, 11. Boundary Wall/ Compound wall. 12. Electric Poles, 13. Street Lights, 14. Other major visible items, 15. Mobile Signal Towers Appx "B": Assests to be Marked by Department as a Draft Copy 1. Electric Cable, 2. Water pipe Lines, 3. Sewage Lines, 4. OFC Cable, 5. Other major invisible items. After submission of Draft copies duly marked invisible item by department as per Appx 'B' the same should be marked by consultant for final copies with other relevant documents during completion of work.
