Schedule 'A' Section - I

Excavation in trenches hard/dense not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth (for taking up or laying of pipes/cables) and getting out and forming bottom surface to gradient complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated surplus soils to a distance n.exc 50 mm and deposited at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting/dismantling carefully the existing Rising main MS Heavy duty flanged size 150mm dia for rerouting the pipe line from land slide zone near Kakkar hatti Village. Note: Serviceable MS pipe shall be used at site under respective items & unsv pipe shall be measured under sch. of credit as contractors property.

M&L for cutting only existing MS Rising main of 150mm bore & 200mm bore in new location & fixing of Air release Valve of size 150mm & 200mm bore in existing rising main all as specified & directed by Engineer in charge. Note : Cost of labour for cutting of existing rising main pipe & welding work & cost of heavy duty Flange nipple etc,nut bolts & washer inclusive in unit rate nothing will be paid extra in this account. Earth work will be measured & paid seperately in respective item of schedule.

M&L for dismantling of existing heavy duty Sluice valve of size 150mm bore from existing rising main 150mm dia near Kakkar hatti village of refixing the same after repacking the stuffing box of sluice valve spindle refacing, regrinding & refixing the same in new location diverted route of rising main 150mm bore all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Cost of replacement of new gland packing,rubber/fibre gasket 5.0mm thick required Nos of nut bolts washer etc inclusive of unit rate, nothing will be paid extra in this item except earth work.

M&L for cement concrete in foundatin filling in mass concrete type D2 1:4:8, 40mm graded aggregrate for wall or supporting piller retaining wall any thickness,size or shape for rest to water supply main including plaster buttress & providing a clamp to hold the water mains fabricated with 50x6 mm flat Iron strip including all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for making X&Y section of MS angle or channel including bracing clamps,back plate fabricated from structrual steel section including nut bolt washers welding cold & hot etc for holding the GI water main in hiliy area including one coat of primer & finishing coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Earth work & concreting/PCC work shall be measured & paid seperately in respective item of schedue.

S&F rolled section Fe-410W Gde E 250 quality A as in main & cross beam ISMB 300 hip & Jack rafters purlins where connected to common rafters & running rails & guides for fixing in wall for purpose of lifting of pump,motor & other heavy machinery item of Radiana pump house all as directed & specified by Engr-in-charge. Note: (i) 2 Nos ISMB 300 length 7.0 RM each lenght to be fixed in wall of Radiana pump house.

M&L for cutting & making hole in brickwall for fixing of ISMB 300 each length 7.0 RM in wall of Radiana pump house including all necessary masonary,plastering,painting finishing work all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Amount of credit of Rs. 289175.00 for retrived old material as mentioned in Schedule 'A' section-II of tender document in pdf form, will be deducted offline while acceptence of tender.
