Supply and lay well burnt class ‘B’ bricks as mechanical protection to under ground cables laying with length of the bricks equal to the width of the trench complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified, type 410 SP-31 (9 metres long) erected truly vertical and planted complete , poles made out of MS tubing conforming to IS -2713 (Part - I to III 1980), Poles to be painted with two coats of black bituminous paint throughout internally and externally upto the planting depth and remaining external portion to be painted with two coats of weather proof paint over a coat of red oxide primer and , dimensions of the poles to be provided as speicified in SSR - I Para 19.3.3 and 40 mm dia GI pipe to be provided at top of the pole for fixing the street lights complete all as specified and directed NOTE:- (i) Excavation and PCC work shall be measured and paid separetaly. (ii) PCC coping shall be painted with two coat of cement based paint of white colour . (iii) Marking of pole No. shall be with black colour on yellow circled surface of minimum 150 mm dia.

Complete removal of existing old surfaces of steel tubular swaged poles (9 to 11 meter long) with swan neck brackets including junction box and material & labour for painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including ZEBRA painting with 02 coat of black & white colour synthetic enemal paint in alternate strip to 1.5 mtr height from top of PCC coping and marking pole numbers with one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Note : (i) PCC coping shall be painted with two coat of cement based paint of white colour .

(ii) Marking of pole No. shall be with black colour on yellow circled surface of minimum 150 mm dia.

Supply and stringing ACSR conductor of any size in accrodance with site requirement and binding on insulators by means of aluminium binding wire, tapes complete all as specified and directed.

Removing and dismentalling old U/S over head line conductor ACSR of any size ( 2/4 line ) and then cleaning and restringing in original position incl binding with new aluminium conductor complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) The rate quoted are inclusive of cutting/ removing all tree branches/vegetation around 3 mtr of distance from the pole. (b) Length of span is approx 30 mtrs with 02 run of conductor. (c) Adjusting & tightning of stay assembly shall be done wherever required.

M & L for Earthing in replacement with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6.0mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised strip of size 32 x 6 mm earth continuity coductor by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR-I 2009, connected to main switch board all as specified and including testing on completion. Necessary excavation, earthwork, PCC works and CI earth pit cover with watering pipe 20 mm dia GI Pipe medium grade, funnel with wire mesh and lugs, GI Pipe of 15 mm dia of light grade for protection of earth strip complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 mtr apart incl 4 mm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat or circular of size 10 Sqmm stranded conductor complete all as specified & directed .

S&F1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 mtr apart incl 4 mm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat or circular of size 16 Sqmm complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in replacement of MCCB 100 Amps, 4 pole 415 volts 3 phase 50 HZ with Adjustable Thermal & adjustable Magnetic setting of rapturing capacity 16 KA. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of MCCB 160 Amps, 4 pole 415 volts 3 phase 50 HZ with Adjustable Thermal & adjustable Magnetic setting of rapturing capacity 36 KA. complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Bus bar chamber box in sheet metal enclosure 200 Amps capacity, 4 way, 415 V complete all as specified and directed. Make: Havells Cat Part No IHBC020004 or equivalent make as per Appx 'B' as approved

M&L for cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for poles / stays foundation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 with 20 mm graded aggegate for pole coping & road crossing including form work and finishing to all exposed surfaces by using extra cement all as directed.

M&L of galvanised steel wire 4 mm dia/8mm dia, for guard wire, continuous earth wire complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cross arms, bracings, supports,clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers,welding, bending cold or hot,drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified & directed.
