M&L for Raking out existing filling in Expansion/ Construction joints of width exc 15mm but n. exc. 25mm wide upto required depth as specified & as directed by special tools like concrete cutter, wire/coir brushes/ machines and joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air, making free from all the loose materials i.e., dirt, dust, grease, existing sealing compound, including sticked material of existing compound raked upto full depth (upto 40mm) of joints etc to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and filling the joint with Grade B Bituminous Sealing compoud using mechanical means with depth of joint sealing compound 4mm below the top surface of the pavement after applying one coat of bitumen primer on edges of joints to entire satisfaction complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Raking out existing filling in Expansion, Construction & Dummy joints of width exc 08mm but n. exc. 12mm upto required depth as specified & as directed by special tools like concrete cutter, wire/coir brushes/ machines and joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air, making free from all the loose materials i.e., dirt, dust, grease, existing sealing compound, filler board (as required), including sticked material of existing compound raked upto full depth (upto 40mm) of joints etc to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and filling the joint with polyurethane joint sealing compound using mechanical means with depth of joint sealing compound not less than 13mm (minimum depth above the back up rod) with minimum performance guarantee of 5 years and minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) + 30% confirming to the requirements of BS-5212 and EN-141875-2003 for Hydrolysis/ water resistance test including two coats of primer and filling the balance raked depth of joint with backup material i.e., closed cell polythene backup rod to ensure tight packing, so that no gaps or voids exist at the top of backup material separated by bond breaker tape over suitable size HD 100 filler board in position where required and applying masking tape on edge of joint to prevent accidental slippage of sealant on top surfaces to give a neat finish to the sealant and remove the masking tape after sealant is applied as required complete as per manufacturer's instructions complete and all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Ser Item No. 2 above but joint of width exc 15mm but n.exc 25mm

Repair to top out spelled joints, broken corners and pot holes in concrete slab by chiseling/ mechanical cutter to provide regular pneumatic cavity with sides perpendicular and cleaning off all loose or broken materials to a distance exc 50m and not exc. 100m. Cleaning and washing the surface and application of surface treatment with Epoxy, complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to top out spelled joints, broken corners and pot holes in concrete slab by chiseling/ mechanical cutter to provide regular pneumatic cavity with sides perpendicular and cleaning off all loose or broken materials to a distance exc 50m and not exc. 100m. Cleaning and washing the surface and application of surface treatment with self levelling three component modified Elastomeric compound, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing Cracked Top surfaces of concrete slab on Runway / Dispersal with wire brushes and cleaning with Air compressor to remove all loose dirt,dust,scaling,greases,grass etc and priming the surfaces with Dencot primer 601/NG chem 121 etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L Applying Den Mort/NG Mort Trowelling compound on prime surfaces with thickness 02 to 05 mm incl filling of small holes upto 10mm depth and levelling the surfaces to match the existing surfaces level of Runway/Dispersal etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge:

Demolition of cement Concrete in pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) including removal of debris from runway area exc 1.5Km but n. exc 5.0Km complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 (Nominal Mix) Type B1 (using 20mm graded stone agg) as in pavement/ floor including necessary form work finished even & smooth complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement Concrete of andescription and in any position as in pavings exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) including removal of debris from runway area exc 1.5Km but n. exc 5.0Km complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing Pavement Quality Concrete (PQC) of flexural strength 40 Kg/Sqm in field using 400 Kg of cement per Cum including formwork and broom finish etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L polythene film of 400 micron under PQC over sand cushnioning n. exc 25mm thick including spreading & levelling complete all as specified and as directed.
