Supply filling of River Sand in layer of not more than 15 cm thick including watering with all layers and consolidation complying with standard specification including cost and conveyence of sand to Site and all labour charges and all other incidential charges etc,. complete as per Standard Specification TNDSS NO. 24 &25 NBC Part VI (S2) 8

Plain Cement concrete of mix 1:4:8 (One cement four sand and eight aggregates) using 40mm gauge hard broken including cost conveyance of all materials to site including labour charges, transporting and placing in position including shoring, strutting forming protective bunds, cofferdams bailing out of water labour for mixing compacting, finishing and curing, working at depths, tools and plants and incidental charges such as sheeting, shoring and bracing and their subsequent removal etc., complete as per standard specification. Brick work in Cement Mortar in 1:5 ( One cement and Five Sand ) using best quality of Country bricks of size 8¾x 4 ¼ x 2 ¾ including all cost of materials and labour charges including Curing charges etc., complete as per Standard Specificationand as directed by department officials.

Providing GRANOLITHIC FINISH of the following thick with PCC 1:2:4 (one cement, two sand and Four Jelly) using 10mm to 12 mm HBGS jelly etc., as per standard specification 40mm thick

PCC 1:2:4 (One cement two sand and four aggregates) mix using 20mm gauge hard granite broken stone jelly in all PCC works connected to the work excluding shuttering , Centering and cost of Reinforcement grills but including curing ,finishing etc complete with standard specification and as directed by departmental officers etc complete as per standard specification.

Supply and fixing of GI Pipe including of all charges etc complete as per standard specification. 50mm dia

Supplying and fixing of RoofTruss using I Section for Vertical member M.S. angle frames and M.S Plates including cost of I section, angles and flats in proper position including labour charges for cutting, welding, and including labour charges for priming cost of red oxide painting and erection in a proper position etc. complete as per standard specification.

Roofing with G.I Sheet 30Cm wide and 1.6mm thick including all cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc., Complete.

Plastering walls with cement mortar 1:5 (One cement five sand) 12mm thick in all floors and all exposed surfaces including cost and conveyance of materials to site and all labour charges,Curing etc completeand as directed by department officials..

Exterior Emulsion paint Two coats with good quality of approved Emulsion paint including cost of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing applying and proper curring etc., Complete as per Standard Specifications

Painting Two Coats on new Iron works with best synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and quality
