M&L rendering on concrete/brick surfaces 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete wall sufaces finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Rough Cast Plaster on Brick Walls consisting Under Coat of Cement and Sand Mortar 1:3 not less than 10mm thick and while it is still in Plastic state the Rough Cast Mixture consisting of Crushed Stone or Fine Gravel mixed with Coarse Sand and Cement in the Ratio 1:1:1 shall be applied and finish Even, ccomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for preparation new plastered surface of wall, concrete surface and applying two coats of all weather exterior emulsion paints in camouflaging pattren @1.43 litre/10 sqm over and including priming coats of exterior primer of same make applied @0.9 litre/10 sqm as per new sigma pattern generated by station authority and RGB value variation from 110 to 171 by using 4 to 5 colour shades as per approved pattern at a height n.exc 25 mtr as per sample approved by GE, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: The % of the colour may change without any financial effect.)

M&L Rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 on concrete/brick wall surfaces finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Preparing Newly Plastered Surfaces of internal wall and applying two Coats of oil emulsion distemper including primer surface on plastered surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement as in ceiling surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surface of ceiling including cornices pilasters etc and applying three coat of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 24 guage chicken wire mesh for plastering work at joints of wall & beam RCC etc ,of 10 mm to 13 mm opening dia size, fix with nails,screws or supporting arrangement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition Brick work built in Cement Mortar and in any Position including all Quoins, Arches and Pillars, etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L Brick Work with Sub-Class ‘B’ Bricks (Old Size Bricks), Straight or Curved on Plan exc. 6.0 Metre mean Radius, built in Cement Mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

All as per description of serial item No 11 here-in-before but except bricks complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan to any radious in half brick thick walls in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Dismantling floor , hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing ) removing rubbish outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles/ non skid tiles coloured, area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm as per the existing tiles and size as suitable/ matching with the existing tiles in dados/ floors including set and jointed in neat cement in CM 1:6 slurry,over 10 mm thick screed bed and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tile complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450x300 x 6 to 7 mm thick on vertical surface such as skirting/dado etc. ,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tile with & including rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 finished rough to fix tiles complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L Vitrified Ceramic tiles light shed 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles n.exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 10 mm thick cement screed bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L Acid resistant tiles 15mm thick vitreous ceramic, unglazed, set, jointed and pointed in chemical resistant mortar, resin type, in floors/wall surface including rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 finished rough to fix tiles complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Boring holes through glazed tile lining for pipes, etc not exceeding 50mm dia and making good complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring, 18-20 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including grinding, rubbing and polishing (granite finish) and exposed edges of Kota stone shall be rounded including 15mm thick screed bed to floor finishes in cm 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L Granite stone 16-18 mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing and exposed edges of granite shall be rounded including 15mm thick screed bed to floor finishes in cm 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone agg as in sub base finishing the surface even and rough to receive floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate finishing surface as in floor/ top surface/ finish surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Easening of door exc 1 sqm but not exc 2.5 sqm each by making ajdustment to hinges planning the sides of doors including taking down of door and refixing if required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.
