Material & Labour for joint free glazed ceramic coloured tiles 300 x 200 x 7 mm thick of premium quality on skirting/dado, set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed with white/coloured to match over and including rendering of 10mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The colour / shade / design of tiles shall be as approved by GE.

Material and labour 18-20 mm thick granite (of any type) tiles machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admiture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for 18-20mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, window cills, cooking platforms and like etc and fixed over and including 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) and pointing with white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of granite (1:2) using marble dust complete all as specified and as directed.
