The tenderer should have a past performance of satisfactorily executing at least one single purchase order for the supply of mentioned demand items or similar items to the Indian Railways. The executed quantity under that single contract should be 20% or more of the tendered quantity, and the supply should have been made during the five (5) preceding completed financial years and the current financial year up to the date of tender opening. The tenderer must submit documentary evidence along with the offer, such as copies of relevant Purchase Orders, Receipt Notes, Inspection Certificates, etc. Please note that non- submission of such documents will be treated as non-availability of the required past performance, and the offer will be evaluated accordingly as per the extant Railway rules.
