M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on wall by scrapping (nails, screws if any to be removed properly before sanding) with Mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint and finished surface smooth, etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note (For all affected items):-Rates quoted are deemed to be inclusive of scaffolding required upto height of 20 meters and safety equipments as required.

M&L for applying a layer of water proof cement based putty @0.75Kg(undiluted) per Sqm of average thickness 1 mm over the plastered/ old painted wall after scrapping to prepare the surfaces even and smooth complete and sanding of the putty surface, with Mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 Grit or above to make the surface free from dust, loose paint and finished surface smooth, etc. by skilled labour as per the following steps:- (a) Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer instruction and mix it with putty mixer with the mixing capacity of minimum 2.5 Kg putty per minute. (b) Apply the first coat of the prepared mix with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine for putty application having flow speed of maximum 6 Ltrs per minute with a maximum pressure of 3300PSI. (c) Allow 6-8 Hrs time to dry the putty surface. (d) Cracks of walls to be filled with its filling paste. (e) Rates quoted are deemed to be inclusive of scaffolding required upto height of 20 meters and safety equipments as required.

M&L for one coat of acrylic water based interior grade primer @ 0.8 ltr (undiluted)/10 sq mtrs diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied on wall with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper on new wall surface using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying distemper shall be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface complete all as specified and directed.
