M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 internal plaster on brick/concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down old cement plaster on brick masonry walls built in cement mortar including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and removal of debries out side from MD land etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering in CM 1:4, 20 mm thick in two coats (15 mm under coat + 5mm finishing coat) on brick/concrete surfaces with 3% water proofing compound in finishing coat and finishing the surface even and fair including taking down old cement plaster on brick masonry walls built in cement mortar including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and removal of debries out side from MD land etc complete all as specified and directed. complete all as specified and directed. M&L for preparation of existing painted surfaces of walls, chajjas, parapets etc and applying one coat of acrylic exterior paint (Brand Apcolite Apex manufactured by Asian Paints or equivalent as approved by GE), as per the manufactures instructions and as directed, removing the loose materials and filled with crack sealing compound of approved make if necessary including scaffolding etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and preparation of surfaces including filling of the holes/cracks on walls with plaster putty and applying two coats of oil bound distemper paint on walls over a coat of alkali resistant primer etc complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces and applying one coat of white wash on walls complete all as specified and as directed.
