LAMINATION SHEET

The Tenderer should have Company/Shop registered in his/Firm/ Company name as per Rules of Shops & commercial Act & GST Act for Manufacturing and shall furnish necessary documents along with Tender.

The Tenderer shall have valid GST Registration and shall furnish the GST and PAN numbers and submit related copy of the certificate and upload the same in Pre-bid.

The Tenderer should furnish their Performance Certificates for supply of Laminate sheet to KSFIC in last two financial years.

The Tenderer shall furnish an EMD of Rs.3,00,000.00 as Proof of submission of EMD.

Sample should be produced at KSFIC Ltd, Timber yard in a sealed pack before opening of technical bid. Regional Manager, KSFIC ltd, Timber yard will open the sample pack before financial bid for suitability of lamination sheet for making reversible Desks.

The Tenderer should submit the sample of Laminate sheet which can withstand temperature bearing upto 145 degree centigrade (Hot pressed). The same will be tested in the unit before technical bid approval, if failed tendere will not be accepted.

Undertaking by Tenderer to the effect that he/she has not been blacklisted by KSFIC or any other Government agency/ department shall be submitted at the time of participation in tender process.

The Tenderer shall have annual turnover of minimum Rs.80 Lakhs for the past 2 years. The relevant assessment order/IT Return/Valid certificate should be uploaded.
