Comprehensive maintenance / periodical maintenance / servicing and repair of standby Eco friendly/acoustic type DG set 200 KVA at CQALof any make including 'A' Check monthly & 'B' check 250Hrs or 3 months which ever is earlier complete all as specified and as directed. Note : 1. Repair and maintenance should be carried out as per maintenance schedule prescribed in repair and maintenance manual through qualified and experienced mechanic from the servicing centre who is conversant with the DG set and report should be submitted by the contractor. 2. Rate quoted by the contractor includes the fixing charges for replacement of parts specified in relevant items here in after. 3. The tenderer shall produce qualification and experiance cerificate of the mechanic to the Engineer in charge and approved personal only will be allowed to carried out the work Checking and servicing includes the following :- 'A' & 'B'check (i) Lubricant oil leaking. Contd..1.02

Contd..1.01 (ii) Operation and repairs to lubricant oil leakage and cooling system leakage, radiator operation with coolant, hoses and connection, belt connection and tension. Fan hub drive pulley and water pump operation and cleaning of radiator cooling system. (iii) Leaking in air intake system, maintenance filter & air cleaner piping connection. (iv) Fuel line and connection, fuel injection pump, cleaning of fuel tank for removing sediments (v) Leakage in exhaust system and exhaust restriction, drain out condensate trap, cleaning & maintenance of exhaust manifold and turbo charger cap screw. (vi) Battery charging system & topping up electrolyte and maintenance of specific gravity (vii) Cleaning of engine tightening of all nut, bolt, washer and unusual vibration. (viii) Checking to electric connection & smooth operation of generator control panel, greasing to all bearing and movable parts, measurement and recording winding insulation resistance cleaning up complete generator/alternator.

Supply only following parts of DG set 200 KVA specified under Sl Item No 1.01 all as per recommendation of manufacturers all as specified and as directed. NOTE:-Taking down & fixing charges will be included in SL item NO 1.01 of BOQ. (a) Fan belt all as per manufactures recommendations.

(b) supply only Coupling main alternator

(c) supply only Fuel filter

(d) supply only Oil Filter

(e) Fuel tank cleaning.

(f) Cleaning / Descaling of radiator internally and externally .

(g) Servicing of self starter

All as per Sl Item No. 1.01 and 1.02 above but capacity of DG set 62.5 KVA at Gunatha Vihar.

Supply only following parts of DG set specified under Sl Item No 1.10 and all as per recommendation of manufacturer & all as directed. NOTE:-Taking down & fixing charges will be included in Sl Item No 1.10 of BOQ. (a) supply only fuel filter

(b) Supply only Oil Filter

(c) Fuel tank cleaning

(d) Cleaning / de-scaling of radiator internally and externally.

(e) Servicing of self starter.

All as per Sl Item No. 1.01 and 1.02 above but capacity of DG set 50 KVA at DIQA Pump House.

Supply only following parts of DG set specified under ser item No.1.16 all as per recommendation of manufacturer as directed NOTE : Taking down & fixing charges will be included in Sl Item No 1.16 of BOQ. (a) supply only Fan belt

(c) supply only Oil Filter

(d) Fuel tank cleaning

(e) Cleaning / Descaling of radiator internally and externally .

All as per Sl Item No. 1.01 and 1.02 above but capacity of DG set 30 KVA at (DIQA) DGI Tech Accn/ CQAL Pump house.

Supply only following parts of DG set specified under Sl Item No.1.23 and all as per recommendation of manufacturer.as directed. NOTE ;- Taking down and fixing charges will be included in Sl Item No 1.23 of BOQ. (a) supply only Fan belt

(f) Servicing of self starter Note :- For Sl Item No.1.01,1.10,1.16 & 1.23, Engine oil and coolant will be measured & paid separately under Sl item No.1.38 & 1.39.

Dismantling DC dynamo/alternator of battery charging system 12/ 24 Volts, complete servicing including replacement of bushes, bearings, Carbon brushes, diodes any other minor parts required all as directed & fixing on engine testing/commissioning complete for any capacity of DG Set

Replacement of unserviceable contactor AC operated 4 pole 415 Volt suitable for DG Set 200 KVA as per the existing type and model in the AMF panel complete all as specified and as directed.

Replacement of fuel pipe PVC metal braided of length 0.8 mtr long fitted with benzo adopters to both sides with benzo bolts & washers.

Repair and servicing of existing canopy of eco friendly DG Set of any capacity cleaning of internal & external parts, tightening of loose parts, replacing of unserviceable door locks and keys, replacing of damaged or burnt inside sponge insulations complete all as directed.

Repair /replacement of PCB board of 30 to 200 KVA (Make : Kirloskar) etc complete all as specified as directed

Dismantling self starter of engine of DG set capacity 30 KVA to 200 KVA & repairing the starter by replacing carbon brushes, bearings, solenoid coil, brush, brush holders complete rewinding, servicing refixing after repairs, testing/commissioning complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

SCR controlled battery charger 12V /24V 15A with TRICKLE and BOOSTING facility, DC voltmeter, Ammeter, toggle switch etc in charge necessary connection from AC supply to Battery Charger and DC wiring to the battery with crocodile clip etc as required complete all as specified and as directed. Make : M/s. Naren or equivalent Engineer in charge approved make.

Replacement of door hinges for DG set canopy complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only engine Oil 15w-40 in sealed containers complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Coolent premixture in sealed containers complete all as specified and as directed.

LED street light fittings 60 Watt with pressure die cast housing, toughened glass and indivudial LEDs with secondary optics and IP 66 protection all as per Bajaj, Cat No.:- BRTFG 60W LED V3 or techno commercially equivalent makes specified here in after including taking down old unserviceable HPSV/ HPMV street light fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismanling and taking down old unserviceable CFL type street light fittings from Pole, removing the unserviceable CFL and replacement of new LED bulb 40 watt all as per Bajaj Cat No. BRTFG 40 W LED V3 or equivalent makes specified here in after and refixing in the existing/new location all as directed at site.

Dismanling and taking out the LED street light fittings of any make from pole and removing the burnt out /unserviceable LED driver 25 Watt to 60 Watt and replacement of new driver to make the fitting serviceable and refixing in the existing/new location all as directed at site.

Moulded (FRP) junction box with IP 65 protection of size 300x200x80mm with 32 Amp 4 way heavy duty terminal block with 6Amp MCB SP and two number of cable entry gland of standard size with suitable MSclamp to fix with pole including taking down the existing complete all as specifie and as directed.

GI pipe bracketsmade out of 40mm bore light grade GI pipe of 1.5 mtr length suitably bent to shape and fixed on wall/ pole for fixing street light fitting with 2 Nos of MS clamps of size 25 x 3 mm incluiding bolts, nuts and washers including taking down the existing complete all as specifie and as directed.

Plain Cement Concrete, (1:3:6), type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for coping of pole,filling as in mass concrete of pole, make good to road surface , hard standing etc incl necessary form work all as specified and as directed.

XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armored,electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 2 core ,10 sq.mm connected with suitable lugs including taking out the existing unserviceable cable complete all as specified and as directed.

XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armored,electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 4 core ,10 sq.mm connected with suitable lugs including taking out the existing unserviceable cable complete all as specified and as directed.

XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armored,electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 4 core, 16 sq.mm connected with suitable lugs including taking out the existing unserviceable cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Two runs of PVC insulated 2.5 sq.mm single core multi stranded copper conductor cable and one run of 2.5 sq.mm copper wire as earth continuity conductor drawn through and including rigid non metalic PVC conduit of medium grade 20 mm external dia fixed on poles & connecting up including taking down the existing complete all as specifie and as directed. NOTE:- Two runs of cable and one run of earth wire and one run of conduit shall be measured as one length.

New generation 25 Watt post top LED light fittings, energy saving, IP-65, enviornmental friendly, long life with symmetrical light distribution, spun aluminium with high power LED complete all as per Havells Cat No. CORALPT25WLED757PSYMTOPC or techno commercially equivalent makes specified here in after including taking down old unserviceable street light fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4 mm dia as earth lead up to 7.5 mtr long by means of nuts, bolts, thimbles,check nuts and washers etc made of galvanized iron connected to earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I 2010 and as specified or indicated and testing on completion incl earth work and excavation in any type of soil PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, pre cost slab 40mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 with 8 mm dia MS bars reinforced at 10 cm centre to centre both ways incl funnel with watering pipe wire mesh and lugs, incl test point complete all as specified and as directed.

LED bollard 9 watt with opal acrylic diffuser and IP 65 protection all as per Bajaj Cat No. BGBOM 650 9W LED or techno commercially equivalent makes specified here in after including taking down old unserviceable light fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of cables/errection of pole etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers with hard/dense soil not exc. 25 cm thick in each layer complete as specified and as directed

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed

Sand cushioning with a layer of river sand 23 cm thick under and above the cable complete all as specified and as directed

Sub class burnt bricks for cable protection complete as specified as directed

Boring of holes under road,pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 100 mm dia bore suitable for 0.4 Mpa working pressur complete all as specified and as directed.
