Taking down chowkhats or frame with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each and removal from site including cutting holes for removal of old rusted hold fast and prepare the surface for new hold fast complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply and fixing Pressed steel frames with thickness of steel sheet 1.25mm for doors with one or more rebates including supply and fixing hinges, lock strike plate, fixing lugs, etc., size of frame 125mm x 60mm including one shop coat of priming complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- The quoted rate deemed to include the cost of making good the disturbed surface with cement plaster 1:6 and matching the colour of new plaster with existing surface. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Material and Labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in back filling of pressed steel chowkhats single or double rebated or for fixing hold fasts etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fixing factory made plain framed panelled shutters (two panels as approved), 35mm thick of 2nd class hard wood with lock rail and panel inserts of 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rails and styles as per IS-1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned as per IS-1141 and chemically pressure treated as per IS-401, including 2nd class soft wood kail beading 20mm wide tapering from 10mm to 5mm on one side and also fitted to chowkhat complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge. Note : - (i) The sutters shall be brought at site without primer and same shall be applying at site as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Primer shall be measured paid separately under appropriate item (painting) of BOQ.

Supply and Fixing 35mm thick, glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc (without sash bars), using 2nd class hard wood (Bonsum/ Hollock) edges of frming plain, chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc , sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, Section8, Clause 8.24 (a), supplied and fitted to chowkhats complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Wire gauze/ glass to be measured and paid separately. Supply & fixing in replacement plastic water closet seat with cover (white colour) closed pattern with flat bottom/recessed bottom and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply only ball valves, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball (polythene float) complete, screwed suitable for 20mm bore iron pipe complete all specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment (any layers of existing treatment ) from walls / pillars / cornices by scraping down with using steel patti wire/ brush / sand papering or by any other mean, remove / scraping down all loose particle, smoke soot, moulds, moss & efflorescent salts, oil & greasy spots etc brooming all dust and washing down with water including applying white cement based putty where required for filling to depressions/nail holes/light cracks etc and to make surface even and smooth and also using sander machine (with provision of dust sucking) on uneven surface to make the surface even and smooth (before and after applying putty as per site situation) upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge, and after preparing the surface smooth applying two coats of cement base paint as per approved tint/colour with using paint brush/roller brush, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE : - Complete removal /scraping to old existing treatment as directed by Engineer-in-charge, each stage i.e after complete removal and before applying CBP as specified above, the surface shall be passed in writing by the Enigineer-in-charge in site order book.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets any thickness including cover fillets fixed in any position with nails fixed with screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing anodised aluminium snap grid frame work of size of grid 605 x605mm for false ceiling including necessary notching and prepared holes, the snap grid shall consist of anodised aluminium main tee of size 36.5mm x 25mm x 1.4mm weighing 0.24 Kg/RM, cross and Intermediate tee of size 23.5mm x 26.4mm x 1.4mm weighing 0.191 Kg/RM. The main and cross tee shall be jointed at junction with steel screws or MS bolts, nuts and washers, the snap grid (main / cross tee sections) shall be supported at ends all along the wall with anodised aluminium angle of size 35mm x25mmx 2mm weighing 0.36 Kg/RM fixed to wall with suitable arrangement and duly suspended with 4mm GI wire hangers (upto 1200 mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slab by means of ceiling cleats made of GI flat 40x3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia 40mm long including providing 12mm thick gypsum board in grid fixed in false ceiling grid made of aluminium as per above specifications complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for solid PVC wall lining consisting of 5mm thick wood grain printed PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specification, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall panelling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC frame as per specification, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, in any description including cleaning and stacking serviceable brick for re use and balance removing rubbish from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size burnt clay bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for 75mm thick cement concrete ( 1:4:8), type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing 60 mm thick (M35 grade) precast interlocking tile/paving block factory casted (made by using PVC paver mould / Rubber paver moulds on Vibrating Table Machine) using grey cement and pigment, prepolished & preglazed (any colour as directed), shape haxagon / trigular / zigzag / I-shaped etc, as directed, prepolished & preglazed, specification as per relevant IS, having compressive strength not less than 350 Kg/ Sqcm, laid over sand upto required thick layer and filling the interstices etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : - (i) Sand for filling shall be measured & paid separately as Supply only but labour for spreding leveling shall be included in the unit rate of this item)

Supply only fine sand without silt (Fazilka/Zera or any other approved sources) for filling under interlocking tiles and the interstices etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition stone/marble slabs of any description or thickness as in floors/ cooking platform/steps etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar including removing rubbish material from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 Sq.cm and over in section, in any position (unframed work), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick, any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridge (including cutting and bent to shape), roof covering, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including nainital or similar pattern roof covering, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for machine cut 18 to 22 mm thick, Kota stone slab (size of slab not less than 550x550mm) as in flooring, laid over and including 15 mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing /grinding (mirror finish) and polishing by machine, including machine cutting to make it square or rectangular as per site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for machine cut 18 to 22mm thick, Kota stone slab as in riser of steps, skirting, dado and on pillar, laid over and including 10 mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing /grinding (mirror finish ) and polishing by machine, including machine cutting to make it square or rectangular complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
