Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and srtutting upto 3.29mm height for plane surfaces in all floors with cross bracings using miled steel sheets of size 30cm x 60cm and 10 gauge stiffened welded with miled steel sheets of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding and laid over silver oak (country wood).Joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm dia spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced 75cm centre to centre etc., complete complying with standard specification ans as directed for the following items as per TNDSS No 30 & 86

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 Mix (one part cement, three part sand and six part of aggrigate) using 20 mm size ISS HBG metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. Loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing. Laying and curing etc., complete as per TNDSS NO: 28 & VI (S2) VI (S5A) VII standard specifications as directed by Engineer incharge.

Finishing the top of flooring with cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two sand and four aggrigate) using 10 to 12mm stone chips – 25mm tk etc., Complete.

Centering for sides and soffits of R.C.C. slab surfaces such as beams, lintels roof slabs and sunshades including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges for centering and structing upto 3.00 m height etc. complete. complying with std. specifications.

Providing and laying in position standardised concrete mix M-20 grade in accordance with IS 456-2000 using 20mm and down grade hard broken granite jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325kg/ cum and maximum water cement rtaio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser/ super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to acceierate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc., and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials) Flooring, Plinth beam, Tie beam/ Lintel, Ground Floor Roof beam, slabs, sloped roof beam and slabs.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position mild steel or deformed steel bars for all Reinforced Cement Concrete items of work including cost of steel, transporting, straightening, cutting, bending, cranking, binding etc., including cost of binding wire etc., complete as per standard specificaitons.

Supplying and fixing RCC Pre cast slab in RCC 1:1 1/2:3 mix including cost of reinforcement grill but including moduling, finishing watering curing and fixing in position etc., Complete as per std., Specifications.,
