Supplying of 7/14 SWG GI WIRE for Guarding with Earthing.

MS Flat (50x6) mm for Clamp

Part – B (Erection work)

Excavation of pole pit of required size and erection of 11 to 16mtrs Tubular Pole with fixing of required brackets, support angles, clamps and nut bolt, stay wire with stay insulator (with conctrete mixture 1 bag cement/mine gravel/ sand, suitable nut -bolt supply by contractor at his own cost)

Laying, sagging, stringing of Dog/Wolf conductor including jumpering.

Excavation of stay pit and grouting of stay assembly set in soft/hard rock/soil (with concrete mixture with 0.5bag cement/ mine gravel / sand on supply by contractor)

Laying, sagging, stringing of guard / eartb wire 7/14 SWG

Fixing of 11/22KV disc insulator with hardware

Fixing of 11/22KV pin/post insulator

Earthing with copper earth plate 600mm x 600mm x 3 mm thick including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7mtrs long etc with charcoal/coke and salt as required.

Erection of double pole 3 wire cross arm for 11kv overhead line etc. as required

Erection of pole top/straight two wire/V shape two wire angle iron/channel iron cross iron arm on wood/RCC/PCC/steel tublar/rail pole etc. as required

Erection of Pole mounting cable 6.6/7.2 KV grade armoured 20mtr. Length

Providing and Fixing of lightning conductor Finial, made of 25mm dia 300mm long, GI tube, having single prong at Top, with 85mm dia 6mm thick G.I base plate including holes etc. complete as required.

Fault clearing due to Lighting/ Rainy Storm/ Blasting or any other damage in Mines (as and when required in General Shift i.e. from 08:00 to 18:00).

PART-C (Dismantling):

Dismantling of rail/ tubular pole standard / strut embedded in cement concrete foundation etc transporating at site store/ regional store

Dismantling of overhead line material disc insulator, post/pin insulator, stay insulator hardware , conductor, GI wires and MS steel including, stacking at site store

Dismantling of stay rod assembly embedded in cement concerte foundation etc. transporting at regional store/ site store

Dismantling of pole mounting cable 6.6KV/7.2 KV grade armoured 20 mtrs. Length and stacking at site store.
