Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep for foundation, laying GI pipes and UG cables etc not exc 10 sqmtr on plan, in soft/loose soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and exceeding 1.5 mtr deep but not exceeding 3.0 mtr deep for foundation, laying GI pipes and UG cables etc not exc 10 sqmtr on plan, in soft/loose soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in with approved excavated soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soils to a distance not exceeding 50 metres and depositing where directed at a level nexc. 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for 50 mm outer dia double wall corrugated (DWC) HDPE pipe, ISI marked for enclosing cable below ground/road surface to a required depth including suitable size couplers for jointing of pipe all as per site requirement etc complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for 75 mm outer dia double wall corrugated (DWC) HDPE pipe, ISI marked for enclosing cable below ground/road surface to a required depth including suitable size couplers for jointing of pipe all as per site requirement etc complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for GI tubing of 50 mm bore light grade with all fitting fixed to wall/ceiling/pole or in trench formed by road/PCC cutting/boring as cable protection laid on floor all as specifed and directed.

Supply and laying in trenches/wall LT UG XLPE insulated ,armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 95sq mm x 3.5 core including taking down old u/s making necessery connections all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Steel tubular swaged pole complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws of type 410 SP-31 (9 metre long) including dismantling old unserviceable pole complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for PCC, type C1, (1:3:6), using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregated, as in coping of poles including formwork including demolition of old damaged concrete from pole complete all as specified and as directed

Materials and labour PCC, type D2, (1:4:8), using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregated as in PCC/Road cutting /installation area and foundation of pole etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for boring holes 1mtr deep in soil under roads/PCC as directed for cable passing through pipes of required size and disposal of soil to a distance not exc. 50m. (Note: Connected items like Pipes is measured and paid seperately under relevant items).

Materials and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel pipe electrode 40mm bore, medium grade, 3.5 meters length, buried directly and preferably vertically in ground with top edge not less than 1.25 meters below ground level connected with earthing lead galvanized iron strip of size 25x5 mm connected to galvanized earth pipe by means of bolts, nuts, checknuts and washer of galvanized iron including PCC (1:2:4) type B1 precast RCC cover slab with suitable handle made of 6mm round bar, including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20mm dia medium grade galvanized steel tube for watering with one end fix with cast iron funnel and wire-mesh, with protection pipe of 32 mm dia light grade galvanized steel tubing upto 7.5 meters length for drawing earthlead including common salt, charcol , bentonite in alternate layers etc all in around of earthing pipe of 600mm dia, complete all as shown in EP number 2 of SSR Part-1 including testing on completion and including taking down old U/S earthing & testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling existing ACSR/earthwire (any size) from over head line completeall as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling insulators any type and any size complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of cross arm (made of MS channels/angles etc.) or clamps etc.complete and stacking aside for re-use / replacement all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Materials and labour for water proof, 3 core PVC insulated and PVC sheathed, copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sqmm, 1100 Volts grade for electrical connection of street light fittings, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing factory made IP-65 (Dust and power jet proof according to IEC 60529) opaque street light junction box of size 260mmx210 mmx 116mm made of high quality polycarbonate (shock proof, rust free, corrosion free acid and chemical resistant, fire retardant having high impact (IK 08) totally insulated made of halogen and silica free recyclable material, UV resistant having high grade gasket made of polyurethane with copper terminal, MCB SP 6 Amps rating 10 KA with locking arrangement and 2 Nos M40 size cable gland and one M32 size gland suitable up to 35 Sqmm cable etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Air termination, single pointed, Aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Aluminium strip 25 mm x 3.15 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Galvanised iron strip 32 x 6mm buried in ground as ring main conductor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and installation of advanced encapsulated compound based CPRI tested maintenance free Pipe pin pipe technology upgraded (zinc and alloy coated) zinc coated (80 to 100) microns with Pure zinc 99.9% and alloy coating 200 to 250 microns Earthing system confirming IS 3043. The outer and inner pipe should be 76.2 mm and 41.9 mm dia or 48.3 mm and 26.4mm 3 meters length zinc coated with additional special pipes being filled up with compact fill crystalline conductive compound the compact film mixture which is machine pressed in the pipe should not disintegrate or collapse when outer pipe corrodes. The inner pipe should be extended with terminals for connectivity the job includes dealing the pits and refilling the same by Baron Electrode backfill compound. The BFC should be eco friendly it should not contain environmentally hazardous material metal having ROHS certification from NABL accredited lab. The earthpit should be provided with FRP or EPCC earthpit cover for protection and safeguard of terminals in areas where soil condition is bad. Good earth that is black cotton or moisture normal soil is to be arranged to fill the excavated pits by mixing the arranged soil with BFC 2-4 bags electrode BFC for installation of earth electrode.
