Excavation for roadway in soil including loading in truck for carrying of cut earth to embankment site with all lifts and lead upto1000 metres as per clauses of section-300.

Granular Sub-base with Well Graded Material (CBR>30 or more) (Table:- 400-1 & Table 400- 2) Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material like natural sand crushed gravel or crushed stone having CBR >30, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator or plant mix method at OMC, and compacting with vibratory rollers of 80 to 100 kN static weight to achieve the desired density, complete as per Clause 401 of Specification Plant Mix Method For Grading-I Material

BITUMINOUS MACADAM: Proving and laying bituminous macadam using crushed aggregates of Grading 1, premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site with VTS , laid over a previously prepared surface, finished to the required grade, level, alignment, and rolling to achieve the desired compaction for 80/100 mm compacted thickness with 3.3 % using specified grade of Bitumen. -- USING Batch mix type hot mix plant with SCADA, Sensor Paver, vibratory roller.(VG-30 bulk bitumen rates are considered to arrive at rates)

BITUMINOUS CONCRETE:--Providing and laying bituminous concrete using crushed aggregate of grading 1, premixed with bituminous binder @5.40% by weight of total mix and filler, transported at site with VTS, laid over a previously prepared surface, finished to the required grade ,level, alignment, and rolling to achieve the desired density for 50mm compacted thickness with drum mix plant with SCADA, Sensor paver and Vibratory roller excluding prime/Tack coat etc. complete --Bitumen of specified grade with stone dust filler. (VG-30 bulk bitumen rates are considered to arrive at rates)

Providing and applying tack coat on the prepared surface heating by fames in Boiler and spraying bitumen set footed in bitumen boller on B.T. surface 2.5 Kilogram/10 Square Metre.(VG-30 bulk bitumen rates are considered to arrive at rates)

Providing and laying of Type - B premix seal coat with HMP of approprate crushed stone chipping 6.70 mm size and penetration bitumen of specified grade @ 0.68Kilogram/ Square Metre. , preparing existing road surface including mixing in suitable Batch Mix plant and rolling by static roller having weight 8 to 10 MT. etc. complete. (VG-30 bulk bitumen rates are considered to arrive at rates)

8 Supplying soft murum at the road site, including conveying and stacking complete.

Compacting the hard murum side widths including laying in layers on each side with vibratory roller including artificial watering etc. complete.(16X5)=80.00 cum
