Preparation of existing old steel surfaces of furniture item steel of any description and in any postion, filling cavities with necessary putty/filler to achive even and smooth surface and applying one coat of synthetc enamel paint on following itemild steel to achive even and smooth golsy finish complete all specified and directed. NOTE : 1. Painting and polishing shall be done all around on all the exposed surfaces including internal accessories like shelves, draws, staioners, partition steel surfaces with spray painting all as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. 2. Rate quoted by the contractor should be incusive of removing dents/correcting profiles of deshpaed itemild steel/parts to the normal postion. 3. Surface and site shall be left neat and clean. 4. Work shall be exeucted in Bldgs in users possession within perimeters of Army Area Udaipur or at BSO Yard as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing old unserviceable portion of and Supply and fixing main frame of Rack shoe steel 25mm dia pipe

Removing old unserviceable portion of and Supply and fixing 3mm dia MS wire (9 Nos,equidistant)and 3mm dia MS wire (3 Nos,equidistant) size 700mm x 300mm. All as shown on drg.

Material and Labourfor Rack shoe steel and perpration of surface for painting with spray to complete Rack with one coat of synthetic enamel paints Black completely as directed by engr-in-charge.

REPAIR TO LOCKER BED SIDE STEEL-FD-127 FD-1029

Removing old & unserviceable leg of locker and supplying and fixing new leg of locker (steel) as per drg.

Removing old & unserviceable handle and supplying and fixing new chromium plated handle 100mm long for locker (steel) as per drg.

Removing old & unserviceable hasp & staple and supplying and fixing new safety type hasp and stapple chromium plated 75mm long, 3mm thick as per drg.

Removing old & unserviceable hanging rod and supplying and fixing new hanging rod of 20mm dia conduit pipe of 1.6mm thick with sockets all as per drg.

REPAIR TO CHAIR COMPUTER/REVOLVING (FD/E6/Map/01)

Removing of old and unserviceable Chair seat and back and Supply and fixing new chair seat and back as per existing make and size approved by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing lifting jack/shocker after taking out unservicable jack/shocker.

Supply and fixing caster roller pin/ screw type after taking out unservicable caster roller pin/ screw type.Make- ISI Mark

REPAIR TO TABLE COMPUTER (FD/E6/MAP/03)

Removing of existing broken damaged top of lower stand of Table Computer of size 300mm x 450mmx18mm thick & supply and fixing of new top of prelaminated partical board of size 300mm x450mmx18mm thick & edging shall be provided all round the top with PVC beading patti plan type all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in Charge.

Removing of existing broken damaged bottom of key bd of Table Computer of size 475mm x 440mmx18mm thick & supply and fixing of new bottom of prelaminated partical board of size 475mm x440mmx18mm thick & edging shall be provided all round the top with PVC beading patti plan type all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in Charge.

Remove old unserviceable lock Supply and fixing new brass lock (6 lever) and chromium plated with duplicate key for large/medium almirah steel all as per drg.

Remove old & unserviceable 3 way locking device and Supply and fixing new three way locking devices MS seat cover for almirah steel large / medium as per drg.

Remove old & unserviceable handle and Supply and fixing new almirah handles 125 mm for large/ medium as per drg.

Remove old & unserviceable clips and Supply and fixing new MS shelving clips for almirah medium/large steel as per drg.

Remove old & unserviceable hinges and Supply and fixing new MS door hinges by welding 75mm size for almirah large steel / medium steel as per drg.

Remove old & unserviceable legs and Supply and fixing new legs for almirah steel as per drg.

Remove old & unserviceable shelf and Supply and fixing new shelf for large/ medium as per drg.

REPAIR TO TABLE DINING OR -

Removing old and unserviceable portion of MS square tubing of table dining ORs & supply and fixing of new portion of MS 25mm square tube with 1.6mm wall thickness long by gas welding and standard workmanship complete all as directed for Long Rails

REPAIR TO TEAPOY VARANDAH

Remove old & unserviceable top of teapoy varandah & Supply and fixing new top made of Prelaminated particale board exterior grade as per drg.

Remove old & unserviceable portion of MS conduit tubing 19/20mm of teapoy varandah & Supply and fixing new pipe by gas welding of 19/20mm conduit tubing upto 6" as per drg.

Supply and fixing one nos of 350mm long 20mm dia MS conduit pipe and welding as stiffiners at any side .

Supply and fixing one No of 750mm long 20mm dia MS conduit pipe and welding as centre stiffiners.

REPAIR TO CHAIR CB STEEL WITH ARMS

Remove old & unserviceable second class hard wood seat frame Supply and fixing new second class hard wood seat frame with nut and bolt to conduit pipe for chair CB `A' steel arms, duly canned as per drg. Godrej pattern size 460mm x 450mm duly black polished all as per drg.

Remove old & unserviceable second class hard wood back frame and Supply and fixing new second class hard wood back frame with nut & bolts to conduit pipe for chair CB `A' steel arms, duly canned as per Godrej pattern size 460mm x 410mm duly black polished all as per drg.

Supply and fixing by welding of iron strip size 25mm x 3mm thick and 500mm long with two holes in each strip for fixing the screw to the seat frame of the chairs.

Supply and fixing by welding 04 Nos flat iron 50 x 3mm to a length of 4" cut & made to shape both sides of the chair leg each side 02 Nos.

Remove old & unserviceable second class hard wood arm and Supply and fixing of second class hard wood arms for chair CB `A' steel with arms duly black polished all as per drg.

REPAIR TO CHAIR CB STEEL WITHOUT ARMS-

Remove old & unserviceable second class hard wood seat frame and Supply and fixing new second class hard wood seat frame for chair CB without arms steel with nuts & bolts to conduit pipe, seat duly canned as per Godrej pattern of size 380mm x 420mm duly black polished, all as per drg.

Remove old & unserviceable second class hard wood back frame Supply and fixing new second class hard wood back frame for chair CB steel with out arms steel with nut & bolts to conduit pipe, back frame duly canned as per Godrej pattern of size 380mm x 420mm duly black polished all as per drg.

Supply and fixing by welding of iron strip size 25mm x 3mm thick and 420mm long with two holes for fixing the screw to the seat frame.

Supply and fixing by welding of 4 Nos flat iron 50x3mm to a length of 6" cut & made to shape both side of chair leg each side 02 Nos.

REPAIR TO TABLE OFFICE CLERK (STEEL)- FD-1004

Repairs to all existing drawer of steel table office clerk by taking out from table, removing and denting by cutting, welding etc as required and easning and resetting in the table for smooth functioning.

Taking down unserviceable locking arrangement from drawers & supply & fix new brass lever lock (6 lever) with duplicate key including locking arrangement.

Removing of existing broken damaged table top of the table office clerk steel of size 1200mm x 600mm x 18mm thick & supply and fixing of new table top of pre laminated partical board 18mm thick 4mm teak wood edging shall be provided all round of the top & fixed with 75mm long steel screw and apply one coat of black / olive green paint to the steel frame of table , all as shown on drg and as directed.

Removing of existing broken damaged standard PVC Handle and Supply and fixing new standard PVC Handle.

REPAIR TO TABLE OFFICE OFFICER (STEEL) :

Repairs to all existing drawer of steel table office officer by taking out from table, removing and denting by cutting, welding etc as required and easning and resetting in the table for smooth functioning.

Removing of existing broken damaged standard PVC Handle and Supply and fixing new standard PVC Handle.

Remove old and unserviceable portion of MS square tubing of table 3x3 and supply & fixing of new portion of MS square tube 25mm 1.6mm wall thickness long by gas welding and standard workmanship complete all as directed for lags

Removing of existing broken damaged table top of the Table 900X900X760mm of size 900mmx900mmx18mm thick and supply and fixing of new table top of pre laminated partical board 18 mm thick 4mm teak wood edging shall be provided all round of the top & fixed with 75mm long steel screw and apply once coat of black/olive green paint to the steel frame of Table rest all as shown on drg and as directed.

REPAIR TO CHAIR VARANDAH WITH CANE

Removing of existing unserviceable old cane from chair varandah and supply and weaving of the same with new plastic cane 4 mm wide, white colour half round of approved quality including applying two coats of white synthetic enameled paint of approved quality on old steel surfaces of chair before canning complete all as directed

Removal of old and unserviceable portion of mild steel conduit tubing of chair varandah and Supply and fixing new portion of 20mm dia mild steel tubing with gas welding and with standard workmanship at four tuck welds where required as per drg and apply two coat of white paint over a coat of red oxide primer on the welding portion to match with existing white paint colour of chair varandah complete all as directed.

REPAIR TO CHAIR WRITING STEEL (MAP)

Removing of old unsv back/seat and supply & fixing new seat/back as per existing size and make complete specified by engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing as per drg arm rest after taking out unservicable arm rest.

REPAIR TO TABLE (STEEL) 900mmX600mmX760mm

Remove old and unserviceable portion of MS square tubing of table 900x600x760mm supply and fixing of new portion of MS square tube 25mm 1.6mm wall thickness upto 150mm long by gas welding and standard workmanship complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing in replancement the new top table 900x600x760 mm (FD-1008(M) with prelaminated partical board of size 900x600x18 mm with and teak wood edging 4mm thick alround fixed with long steel screw at appropriate distance and applying one coat of black paint/Olive green paint ti steel surfaces of the table complete all as show on drawing specifed and directed.

Removing old broken/missing PVC shoe of following furniture items and Supply & fixing of hard PVC shoe of existing size & shape. Complete all as specified in drawing and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
