GE I R AND D/CHD-01/2026-27 SUPPLEMENTARY REPAIR AND MAINT OF SUMMER, WINTER APPLIANCES AND REPLACEMENT OF OLD UNSER INTERNAL WIRING ALONGWITH CONNECTED ITEMS AT VARIOUS SECTORS OF CHANDIGARH

Taking down carefully copper /aluminium point wiring (Light, fan, socket, or power) complete including fittings and fixture such as switches, ceiling roses pendents, regulators sockets / DBs / main switches include boards etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately), removing material, from site and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls/floor complete all as specifed and directed.

Material and labour for point wiring for one light point/fan/bell point controlled by one switch complete with PVC insulated unsheathed, 1100 volts grade cable 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) FRLS type multi stranded copper conductor, single core using approved colour code as per IS code drawn in and including not less than 20 mm dia rigid PVC conduit 'medium grade' ISI marked but shall be increased as per actual site requirement in accordance with clause No 19.125 of SSR Part I including all conduit accessories for concealed wiring including concealed GI flush mounting junction box of required size factory made , with modular base and cover plate of required colour for mounting modular switch, sockets, fan regulator etc including 1.5 Sqmm FRLS type PVC insulated unsheathed cable multi-stranded copper conductor as continuous earth wire and connected to earth dolly as required at site & including chases cutting & making good disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed. Note: The rate of cutting chases required for concealing the PVC conduits alongwith the fittings / fixtures like elbow, bends , conduit, junction box, modular frame, modular plate etc and making good the disturbed surface is deemed to be included in overall rate quoted and nothing extra shall be paid for this.

All as per serial item No 02 here-in-before but one light point controlled by two 2-way switch with the cable 1.50 sqmm size complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No 02 here-in-before but for 15/16 Amp 3 pin socket outlets point controlled by one switch on Independent socket outlet using 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS copper conductor single core multi stranded flexible copper cable 1100 V of approved colour code as per IS code for phase and neutral along with PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS 2.5 sqmm multi stranded copper unsheathed cable 1100V (green color) as continuous earth lead wire connected to common earth and earth dolly complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No 02 here-in-before but for 15/16 Amp 3 pin socket outlets point controlled by one switch on Independent socket outlet using 4.0 sqmm PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS copper conductor single core multi stranded flexible copper cable 1100V of approved colour code as per IS code for phase and neutral along with PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS 4.0 sqmm multi stranded copper unsheathed cable 1100V (green color) as continuous earth lead wire connected to common earth and earth dolly complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Point wiring for one light point/fan/bell point controlled by one switch complete with PVC insulated unsheathed, 1100 volts grade cable 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) FRLS type multi stranded copper conductor, single core using approved colour code as per IS code drawn in existing conduit incl GI flush mounting junction box of required size factory made , with modular base and cover plate of required colour for mounting modular switch, sockets, fan regulator etc including 1.5 Sqmm FRLS type PVC insulated unsheathed cable multi-stranded copper conductor as continuous earth wire and connected to earth dolly as required at site & including chases cutting for fixing of junction box concealed in wall & making good disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed. Note: The rate of cutting chases required for concealing the Junction box incl junction box, modular frame, modular plate etc and making good the disturbed surface is deemed to be included in overall rate quoted and nothing extra shall be paid for this.

All as per serial item No 08 here-in-before but one light point controlled by two 2-way switch with the cable 1.50 sqmm size complete all as specified and directed.
