Special Eligibility Criteria

   1.The firm should be registered with NCR except for proprietary items. 2.The item should be manufactured by a registered Firm of NCR ,except for proprietary items. 3.The firm should certify that the brand of the quoted item is available in open retail market 4.The Name ,Address ,Phone No ,EMail of the authorised stockist/supplier should be mentioned. 5.The date of manufacture of item should not be older than six months from the date of delivery. 6.One product sample i.e strip of medicine or/outer paper package or lable of injection vial or bottle phial must be submitted separately manually at the time of quoting for tender on IREPS. 7.The validity of the offer MUST NOT BE LESS THAN 120 Days. 8.Also please note PARA 5 A-F In the terms conditions enclosed. 9.Expiry date should be minimum 18 months at the time of supply. 10. It shall be the responsibility of the bidders to quote correct HSN Number and corresponding GST rate. 11. Purchaser shall not be responsible for any misclassification of HSN number or incorrect GST rate if quoted by bidder. 12. It is noted that quantity of medicine under Rs 20000/- is purchased in one time only. 13. Give rates for Six Month. 14. Please ensure that your quotation should have MRP, Mfg Company & marketed company. 15. Quotations of only registered manufacturer of medicine at HQ will be accepted. 16. Purchase order of your approval rate can be issue more than one time within power of CMS/DRH/JHS (I.e. within Rs 20000/- of each item) as per demand. 17. Purchase order may have less quantity than quantity written in NIT creation of IREPS. 18. If manufacturer of medicine/item is not registered in NCR/ALD then that medicine/item cannot be accepted.(Third party product is not accepted).

   Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

   ( i ) SHELF LIFE: The remaining shelf life of the offered product should not be less than 80% of total shelf life or it should not be older than 6 months from the date of manufacturing at the time of supply. (ii)REPLACEMENT: Whenever drug sample on analysis are found to be not conforming to standards, the firms/suppliers are required to replace the whole batch free of cost with another batch to consignee, irrespective of whether the batch has been used completely/partially or not. (iii) Marking: Each strip/packet/bottle that contains the drug should have a printing/stamping with inedible ink as N.C.Railway Supply not for sale .Firms are advised to put their holograms on their Products/cartons. (iv) FOR DELAY SUPPLY: Penalty will be imposed 0.5% per week for delay supply /As per IR terms conditions
