Material & Labour for machine cut Prepolished Kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick (of length not less than 55 cm in skirting and 120 cm in risers) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match shade of the slab including cutting, waste, rubbing and polishing (Granite finish) but as in vertical surfaces such as skirting and risers over and including 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:4) on brick work or concrete surfaces, complete all as specified.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on brick/stone masonry or concrete surfaces (internal walls) of any description, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work/stone masonry, concrete surfaces (external walls) or stone walls upto tripple storey bldgs in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound using as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even and fair, complete all as specified. Note : (i) WPC shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Rendering upto 9 mtr ht shall be included in the quoted rate).
