Taking down cement plastering/wall tile on vertical surfaces such skirting/ dados of any description scrubbing down with water washing down etc.

Material & Labour for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair face of brick walls or concrete surface finished fair and even without using extra cement.

Material & Labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair face of brick walls or concrete surface finished fair and even without using extra cement with 3% WPC by weight of cement ( WPC measured and paid separately).

Material & Labour for 5mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on ceiling of roof slab and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified

Material & Labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for applying 3mm thick internal wall care putty complete all as specified

Material & Labour for preparation of new decorated surfaces and applying three coat of white wash on ceiling all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Material & Labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of exterior weather coat paint including one coat primer all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Material & Labour preparation and applying two coats oil emulsion distemper on old plastered surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of any type of cement concrete in sunken floor upto RCC level/ desire depth including removal of debris from site complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Material & Labour for applying a coat bitumen grade 85/25 @1.2kg/sqm over concrete/ plastered surface as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Material & Labour for rendering 10mm thick in fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth with out using extra cement but using water proofing compound (3% of weight of cement) all as specified.(WPC will be measured separately)

Supply & Fix GI spouts 40mm dia projecting at least 20 cm clear of the wall.

Material & Labour for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base, plinth protection complete all as specified and directed

Supply & Fix in repairs PVC flushing cistern 10 ltrs and flush pipe syphonic action type low level with inlet ball valve, float and handle including brackets of approved Make Parry ware slim line,Cera,Hindware etc

Supply & Fix in repairs Chromium plated cast copper alloy health faucet for 15mm dia incl 1.25 meter flexible telephonic tube and ABS wall hook incl making connection and fixed in position Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix in repairs vitreous china wash basin size 550 x 400mm including 32mm dia PVC waste coupling bore size and brackets complete all as specified and directed. .

Material & Labour PCC1:2:4, type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate laid to slope 25mm thick and finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor hearth or wall tiling of any description including cement mortar bedding (but not backing),removing serviceable tiles to store & rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick area of each tiles exc 0.06 Sqm but not exc 0.11 Sqm in floors etc and jointed in neat cement slurry including 15 mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:6) pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick area of each tiles exc 0.11 Sqm but not exc 0.18 Sqm in floors etc and jointed in neat cement slurry including 15 mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:6) pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 as in backing coat on fair faces of brick walls or concrete surface finished fair and even.

Material & Labour glazed ceramic coloured 300x450x7 mm thick on vertical surface such as skirting / dados set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade complete all as specified.
