Supplying and fixing of 33 KV ,1200 Amp carrying capacity high quality Aluminium Tubular pipe bus bar Size outer dai. 42 mm, Thickness 4mm with bus bar connector & G I bolt, nuts,washers etc as required.

Providing and fixing of 33KV outdoor single phase ,dead tank, oil filled current transformer, Burden 15 VA, 150-300/5-5-5 33KV, 2 core for protection & 1 core metring,accuracy class 0.5,instrument security factor <5 (3no) with test cetrificate.

Maintentance and fixing old Potentail Transformer single phase 33KV/110 Volt( 3no).

Fixing of 33KV outdoor satation Lightning( surge) arrestor, highest voltage system 36 KV, 50Hz, maximum duration of earth fault 3 second, current 20,000 Amp, discharge class-2, creeping distance 33 mm/KV (3no).

Dismantling the old MOCB/VCB breaker of 33KV ,800 Amp grade from Lilari substation, maintenance, fixing, arrengement of proper HT connection & testing at main substation Lakhanpur OCP .

Dismentling of CR Panel from Lilari substation, maintentance , fixing at LKPOCP substation and connection , laying of control cable from PT .CT & transormer to CR panel of circuit breaker and checking of proper testing/operating/functioning of WTI,OTI,buhholz relay, in 33KV protection control circuit system of Transformer.

Providing and fixig of junction box (size 790mmX180mmX430mm)

Supply of FRPVC insulated round sheathed copper Control Conductor Size-1.00sqmm(19 core)

Supply of FRPVC insulated round sheathed copper Control Conductor Size-1.00sqmm(16 core)

Making of chemical earth pit including earthing electrode (GI Pipe, 50mm dia & 3mtrs length) with MFC-20 (Bentonite powder & graphite power) 50Kg

Supply of Batttery Bank 50 volt (25noX2 VOLT), 150AH( at 10 hrs rate of discharge up to 1.85 volt per cell),Lead Acid battery in hard rubber/PPCP cell box,Alloy baseed postive-negetive plate separators & inter cell connector with wooden stand. Test cerrtificate should be submitted at time of installions.

Supply ,installation & testing of compllete set of Nutral Grounding Resistor with NGR montroring and protection relay for 6.6 KV power system with SMS fascility. Modal NGRMPR-SMS (warranty 18 month)

Structure steel work in single section, fixed with of without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete for installation of station LA, MOCB/VCB breaker and strengthening of old bay structure of yard.

Fencing with welded steel wire Fabric 75 mm x 50 mm (Suggestive) (Providing 1.20 metre high fencing with angle iron posts 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm at 3 metre center to center with 0.40 metre embedded in M15 grade cement concrete, corner, end and every 10th post to be strutted, provided with welded steel wire fabric of 75 mm x 50 mm mesh or 75 mm x 25 mm mesh and fixed to iron posts by flat iron 50 x 5 mm and bolts etc. complete in all respects.)

Painting of Electric pole with aluminium paint of approvaed brand and manufacture to given an even shade one or more coat in old work . (45*2+2.4*3.5=98.45sqm)
