MODULAR PARTITIONS-

Providing and Supplying modular partition of minimum 75mm thickness and should have clear space of 45-55 mm for electrical wiring. The height of partition should be 2185mm / 3000mm (approx) as per Arch drawings. All metallic parts shall undergo a 7 stage anti rust treatment and shall be powder coated in suede finish to a thickness of minimum 45 microns.

Modular Partition-The modular partitions shall not be grouted in the floors.The modular partitions shall be an assembly of the following parts:-

Levellers- Each frame shall be provided with two 10mm leveling bolts which allow 15mm adjustment for floor unevenness.The levelers shall be concealed inside the skirting and shall be completely retracted inside the skirting in case of uniformly flat floors.

Wall start (Optional)- This is a joinery, which is used to fix partition with wall. The section is made of 75mm (W)x 75/50mm(D) CRCA Steel. This should have necessary slots for fixing and can take wire from wall to partition.

Frames shall form the basic support structure for all components and shall be of 75mm x 35mm aluminium sections. The main vertical member of the frame bearing the load of brackets and storages shall be made of 1.2mm thick aluminium sections. The connecting vertical face shall be made up of 0.8-1mm thick aluminium sections. The horizontal members shall be made of 0.8mm aluminium extrusions. Each individual module shall not be more than 700mm in height and shall not be more than 1200mm in width. Frames can have 1-3 modules in prefabricated form. Additional height shall be achieved by mounting modules over them. The bottom module shall be mounted over a skirting of more than 85mm height. The skirting shall be designed so that switches can be provided on the skirting level.The Base Beam (Skirting Inner Sections) shall be made of CRCA Steel.

The skirting shall be snap fitted on both sides with Skirting Plates made of 0.6mm thick aluminium extrusions. Wherever switches are provided on the skirting, the skirting plates shall have the necessary slots (Optional/As per Requirement).

Frame Gasket- Frame modules shall have PVC foam Gaskets of 4mm thickness and 10mm width pasted with PVA glue along the inner periphery on both sides to prevent sound and dust transmission through the tiles.The frames shall also have 2mm x 10mm foam gaskets pasted with PVA glue on the outer periphery so as to seal the gaps between the adjacent frames.

Ceiling Rail-The telescopic ceiling rails shall be made of CRCA Steel of 75mm Cross section with 0.7mm thickness. The height of the ceiling rail shall be of 50mm thick. The ceiling rail should allow an height adjustment of 10mm to 15mm upwards.

Posts-The frames shall be connected at the junctions by CRCA Steel connectors.The Junction of frames shall be snap fitted with square Posts.The Posts shall be made of CRCA Steel of 1.6mm thickness of section 75mm x 75mm for 2-Way & 75mm x 15mm for 3-Way.

Trims- The exposed vertical and horizontal faces of the frames shall be snap fitted with curve trims. The trims shall be made of aluminium extrusions of 1mm thickness and 75mm width in a Curvature of 12mm.

Slots shall be provided on Skirting/Tiles/Partition to fix all electrical & data points as per Requirement.

Tile Finish:-

1st Module in Steel Powder Coated Perforated finish, 2nd Module in laminated Finish and 3rd & 4th Modules in Frosted Glass/Laminate/Fabric Finish for Front Side Partitions.

1st Modules in Steel Powder Coated Perforated finish,2nd Module in Laminated/Fabric/Marker/Pinup Finish and 3rd & 4th Modules in Frosted Glass/Laminate/Fabric Finish for Dividing Side Partitions.

LAMINATED TILES:Laminated tiles shall be made of 8-10mm MDF (Medium Density Fibre Board) with 0.6-0.8mm Post Lamination on both sides of the tile.

FABRIC TILES: The fabric tiles shall be made of 8-10mm MDF with fabric. It should be possible to replace the fabric by peeling it off.

MAGNETIC PINUP TILES: The Pinup tiles shall be made of 0.6mm Galvanised Iron (GI) sheet with fabric. It should be possible to replace the fabric by peeling it off.

GLASS TILE- Glass Tiles shall be 4 mm clear toughened glass with Film are supplied and fixed from both side with all necessary interior trims and gaskets . There are two glass tiles that can be fitted and are completely interchangeable with regular tiles.

ELEMENT MODULAR PARTITION AS PER ARCH DRAWINGS and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Plain Glass Door-Glass Door with Shutters in the full height partition made of 12mm thick Toughened Glass including locking arrangement, Handle with Floor Spring.

MODULAR CABIN / CUBICLE WORK STATION (WITH PARTITION)-

Providing and Supplying Table of size as specified below. Worktop made of 25mm thick postlaminated particle board with 0.8-1mm thick lamination of approved shade . The working and non –working edges shall be provided with hot pressed 0.8-1.2mm thick PVC (Poly Vinyle Chloride) edging using special hot melt glue at high temperature. Table Top Understructure consists of CRCA Steel Powder Coated Brackets, 18mm thick Prelam Modesty Panels, 25mm thick Prelam Gable Ends and by CRCA Steel Powder Coated Legs.

This item includes the cost of Low Height partition of minimum 75mm thickness and should have clear space of 45-55 mm for electrical wiring. The height of partition should be 1660 mm in Three Module Frame Configuration. All metallic parts shall undergo a 7 stage anti rust treatment and shall be powder coated in suede finish to a thickness of minimum 45 microns. Tile Finishes-1st Modules in Steel Powder Coated Perforated finish and 2nd Modules in Laminate/Fabric/Pinup/Marker Finish & 3rd Module-Frosted Glass/Laminate. The layout & design of the parttion shall be as per the Arch drawings

STRAIGHT WS SIZE-750/900mm x 600mm for Each User. (MOUNTED ON 75mm Thick Element FRAME-1660 H, With Electrical Provision) (With One Pinup for Each User) Note: Rate includes cost of partition.

OVERHEAD HAMPERS- Providing / Supplying Over Head Hampers made of CRCA Steel with Powder Coating with Slide up Doors/Hinge Shutters.The inside Bin is provided with 2 Nos. of Divider Flaps with locking arrangement complete, to be mounted over Element Partitions only.

ACCESSORIES-

Keyboard pull out tray of made of 0.8mm thick CRCA steel duly powder coated, of minimum thickness 45micron, with metallic roller slides on both sides on Telescopic mechanism and shall be fixed to the bottom of worktop surface with the help of screws.

Pedestal Three 3-drawer unit shall be of size 390mm (L) x 450mm(D) x 680mm(H) on levellors/Castors made of 0.8-2mm thick CRCA body and facia duly powder coated of minimum thickness 45 micron. The drawer unit shall consist of two drawers and one filing box mounted on roller slides on both sides. It shall be provided with central lock mechanism with keys and flush handles are to be provided in front to facilitate opening and closing of drawers.

Pedestal Unit-Three 3-drawer unit shall be of size 455mm (L) x 560mm (D) x 680(H) on levellors made of 0.8-2mm thick CRCA body and facia duly powder coated of minimum thickness 45 micron. The drawer unit shall consist of two drawers and one filing box mounted on roller slides on both sides. It shall be provided with central lock mechanism with keys and flush handles are to be provided in front to facilitate opening and closing of drawers.
