Repair work for Walk Through Aviary Mesh at Gadag Zoo

To qualify for award of this contract the tenderer in his name should have done the work of Buildings, Kraals, Pergolas and Animal Enclosures at Zoo in last five years i.e. 2020-21 to 2024-25, Satisfactorily completed as prime contractor, at least one similar work of value not less than Rs. 11.62 lakhs (specified in notification) (work done in single year). & the contractor should submit a satisfactory work done certificate from the competent authority in the agency/ department concerned.

Tenderer should produce Forest Contractor Registration certificate for having registered as a Zoo Contractor license for year 2025-26 in any of the Zoo under Zoo Authority of Karnataka (As per Zoo Authority of Karnataka, OM dated:07-06-2019).

Tenderer should produce PWD Class-IV and above Contractor registration certificate valid for the year 2025-26.

GST/Registration certificate.

Liquid assets and / or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs. 4.359 lakhs (credit / Letter of Credit / Certificates from Banks) for meeting the fund requirement for work costing (usually 30% of the amount put totender)

PAN Card.

Address proof (Aadhar Card/EPIC card/Driving license/pass port/ bank pass book or any other documents issued by competent government authority.

During work execution the walk-through aviary should be covered with shade net to prevent birds from escaping. TATA Wiron brand GI chain link mesh is recommended for the roof This is mandatory for the contractor.
