Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. metres and under including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead :Cement mortar

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade Old work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10sqm) over existing cement paint surface.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 ( 1 cement, 2 metal sand,4 granite chips ) finished with floating coat of neat cement ,including cement slurry ,but excluding the cost of noising of steps etc…complete a) 40mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate

Cement concrete block (machine moulded) masonry in Super structure above plinth level in CM1:6 with blocks of size 40 cm x 20 cm x 15 cm.
