Annual Maintenance Contract of Fire Alarm and Detection System and AUTO Dialer of Terminal building, Fire station, DVOR, Localizer, Glide path, etc. The work includes periodic inspection, checking the whole system for serviceability, attending ultimated Nos. of breakdown by skilled and specialized Engineer as per the specification including repairing of all equipments, main control panel, wiring, etc. as required. Also replacement of defective parts as and work when required basis (provided by AAI) is included in the scope of work. a) First Year

Annual Comprehensive Maintenance Contract for complete fire hydrant system as per inventory of all areas of Dimapur Airport including attending to complaints/ breakdown and taking rectification action as required ensuring serviceability/ satisfactory working condition of the system and preventive maintenance by agency at least once in a month, maintenance of records/ documentation records etc as per the detailed specification terms and conditions etc complete as required. this also includes labour charges for replacement of any accesories related to complete fire fighting system (spares will be supplied by AAI) Detailed specification:- i) Main Pump 2850 LPM 70 Mtr. Head= 1 Nos. ii) Jockey Pump 180 LPM 70 Mtr. head= 1 Nos. iii) Deisel Engine pump 2850 LPM 70 Mtr. head= 1 No. iv) Hydrant points =23 Nos. v) all other pipe line/ values etc a) First Year
