Note : All unserviceable materials obtained out of demolition/dismantling/taking down (other than those for which credit catered under Schedule of credit) shall be disposed of outside MoD Land. Quoted rates against respective item shall deemed to include for same.

B/R ITEMS Demolition of brick work/ block masonry or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles and removal all rubbish material complete all as specified directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness below or above ground level and removal all rubbish material complete all as directed.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removal all rubbish material complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) in roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircase, landings, chajjas and similar suspended work complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron, or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as directed.

Taking down chowkats with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) & removing from site area n.exc 1.5 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type complete all as directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting/galvalume sheet any guage, thickness including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering,complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster any description, on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water, etc. & removing rubbish off the premises, complete all as directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness size quality or description) from wooden frames or stone concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beeds complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of 110mm bore PVC(SWR) drain pipe alongwith fittings and accessories jointed in cement mortar and taking out from walls, floors or from trenches, if required complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- The length shall be measured along the centre line including fittings and accessoires).

Excavation over areas n. exc 1.5 mtr deep in soft/loose soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms thick in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus material to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for aggregate of broken stone or boulders for loose filling of gauge 40 mm to 80 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for hard core of broken stone or boulders of gauge n.exc 63 mm, deposited, spread & levelled in layers n.exc 15 cm thick watered & rammed to true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling under floor etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry 1:3:6 Type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, steps, seismic and other similar bands copping/cills, bed block for embedding hold fast etc including necessary form work weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as directed .

M & L for precast cement concrete type C-1, 1:3:6 using 20mm graded aggregate as in bond stones set and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete M-25 (design mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies deck slabs, and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Use & waste of Form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landing horizontal or slopping similar work not. exc 200mm thick for flat fair finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Walling of random rubble uncoursed well bonded, bedded & solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Volume occupied by PCC bond stone shall not be measured against this item. Volume occupied by PCC bond stone shall be measured and under respective item here-in-after.)

M & L for Walling of random rubble 'Except Stones' uncoursed well bonded, bedded & solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over sand stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds & joints, as specified, of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface not exc 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 as in Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work complete all as specifed and directed.

M & L for mild steel work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 as in bands, straps, supports or stays for rain water, ventilating pipes cut to length, bend to shap including bolts if required and wall tie, clamps etc., and including preparing surfaces and treated with tar and sanded with clean sharp sand complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for 1.00mm thick mild steel sheet eaves gutters, galvanised class 3, half round with rounded edge of 150mm dia completed all as specified and directed.

S & F Galvanised mild steel wire cloth, 0.63 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with tinned tacks, or galvanised wire staples complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Supply only Chain link and line wire shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Supply only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing, any size or type as directed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only mild steel round bars conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality 'A' or Fe-290 Gde E-165 bars as in line wire of fencing for fixing chain link fencing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exceeding 5cm but not exceeding 10cm long and dia of neck exceeding 11mm but n.exc 15mm complete all as specified and directed

Supply fabrication and fixing powder coated (Thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron) anodized aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including jointing cleats for fixing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply fabrication and fixing powder coated (Thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron) aluminium windows and ventilator shutters, side hung type without sash bars, aluminium section weighing 0.55 Kg/RM including necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, powder coated anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, powder coated anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (01 No. for each leaf), Butt hinges type B-21 100mm size (02 Nos for each leaf) & handle (01 No for each leaf) etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Glazing/wire mesh shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of Schedule.)

S & F for pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based trapizoidal profile steel sheet 0.50mm thick (overall) of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick (overall) of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as per manufacturers instructions completed all as specified and directed.

Fixing only old serviceable 0.63mm thick galvanised corrugated mild steel sheeting in with two corrugation side lap, fixed with 'L' type or cranked hook bolt using profiled GI washer and bitumen washer in roofs, walls etc with grade of Zinc coating 120 (Type-VIII) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing and fixing suspended false ceiling make Armstrong ORCAL extra micro perforation or equivalent of size 600 x 600 x 15 mm ceilling tiles over suspension metal system (MICRO LOOK) designer grid (15 mm grid 8 mm return) SILHOUETTE XL 15 mm (NOMINAL) of Armstrong make complete index no. DUNE RH 99 (or equivalent of makes listed in List of makes) including necessary hanging arrangement as per manufactures instruction complete all as directed.

M & L for 100mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as directed.

M & L for 40mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring , finished even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick masonry/ concrete surface in CM (1:6), finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick masonry/ concrete surface in CM (1:4), finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble masonry uncoursed or brought upto courses in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer over a coat of 1mm thick wall care putty complete all as directed. (Make : For wall putty- Birla white/Bison wall putty of Berger/Narolac wall putty/Asian paint powder putty /Acro wall guard.)

M & L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of 1st grade quality complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of 1st grade quality over and including one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 150mm dia SGSW pipes in ordinary soil at average depth of 1.5mtr, inclusive of manholes RCC precast manhole covers having 6mm MS plate embedded all around/fibre reinforced cover with angle iron frame pipes laid on PCC bed, including packing under haunching against sides complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for provision of Septic tank, 10 users capacity including excavation in ordinary soil (soft/loose), all as per drawing No AF/TD/233 sheet No. 1/2 & 2/2 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for provision and construction of Soakage wells, of size 1.6m diameter & 3.0m depth all as per drawing No AF/TD/STRU/236 sheet No. 1/2 & 2/2 complete all as specified and directed.
