Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth for foundation of poles, struts, stays, laying of pipes and cable etc as in soft/loose soil and getting out including forming bottom to required level or slope complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
All as per serial item No.6.00 here-in-before but exc 1.5 meter n.exc 3.00 m in depth complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Returning, filling in soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Supply and laying fine dry river sand in layers of sand 8 cm before lying of cable and 15 cm after lying of cable (total 23 cm) in trenches for cushnioning to cable for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.Note:- only punned depth shall be measured for payment
Supply and laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type- 1 with peak, size 300mmx180mmx40mm laid flat adjacent and abutting to each other across the length of cable laid dry complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Supply and laying mild steel galvanized pipe 100 mm bore light grade in trenches / road / nallah or fixed along wall/ pole including mild steel clamps, screws etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Supply, laying, testing and commissioning XLPE insulated, screened, earthed, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip, electric power cable (heavy duty) of size 3 x 95 sqmm with aluminium conductor suitable for 11 kV (E) grade as per relevent IS including latest amendment to IS, laid in trenches /ducts/fixing on walls/along pole/ with suitable size of GI clamps made out of GI strip 32 mm x 6 mm . including providing and fixing RCC precast HT cable route indicator of size 600x150x100 mm (LXBXT), reinforced with 8mm dia steel bars @ 7.5 cm c/c both way ,engraved and painted with red colour HT cable, embedded 150 mm in ground, rested over 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 base provided at every 100 m on route of HT cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (i) Earth work, EHV cable cover, sand coushioning & GI pipe will be measured and paid seperately. (ii) High voltage test to be conducted at site with suitable voltage before and after laying of HT cable and reading shall be recorded jointly and test report to be submitted in triplicate to the Engineer-in-Charge. The cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted above.
Material and labour for replacement of Heat shrinkable outdoor type end termination cable jointing kit suitable for earthed 3 core 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm sqmm HT 11KV XLPE aluminium conductor cable incld. disconnecting concerned cable, cutting out burnt/damaged jointing kit, including. testing and commissioning of the complete cable to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed by ENGINEER-IN-CHARGE. Make:- Raychem/M-Seal/Denson. Note- (i). The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cost of saddling or clamping of cable all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.(ii) Contractor has to arrange proper electrical shutdown after informing to depratment concerned.
Material and labour for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D- 2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundations, filling & mass concrete for poles/struts/stays assembly etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Material and labour for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B - 1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate in coping pedestal to poles including provision of necessary frame work finishing the expossed surface even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Material and labour for Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, viterous enamelled white with letters, figures and conventional skull, and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps made out of 35x5 mm flat with suitable bolts and nuts for HT 25 x 20 cm size complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Material and labour for anti climbing device; spikes type fabricated out of MS bars (round, square and flat) including nuts, bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Material and labour for Boring of holes for passing through 150 mm bore HDPE pipe ,under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm bore suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:(i). Cost of cutting out of trench for accomodating the machine and making good to the surface after completion of the job are deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate. (ii). Contractor has to rectify any damage to cables, pipes or other govt. property free of cost to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (iii). Any extra excavation or the any other connected jobs required other than as mentioned in the scope of work will be measured and paid under the relevant items of this schedule.
Material and labour for earthing complete with 600x600x6 mm surrounded by a mixture of charcoal and salt in alternate layers burried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5m below ground level, connected to and including G.I. Strip of size 32x6mm as earthing lead by means of bolts,nuts and check nuts and washers of galvanised iron 20 mm bore light grade GI pipe for watering with funnel and protection pipe of 40mm , wire mesh and including necessary excavation and earth work, PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 pit and 50 mm thick RCC 1:2;4 reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 3 kg/sq m) pit cover, CI frame, charcoal and common salt filling in alternate layersall as shown and specified in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part I of 2009 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Supply and erection of steel tubular swaged poles welded with cast iron base plate of size 30cmx30cmx6mm thick finial taper plug bolts nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP 55, (11.00 metres long) in truly vertical position till setting of PCC foundation complete including painting with two coats of aluminium paints of approved quality over one coat of red oxide primer on exposed surface & two coat bitumineous paint for embedded portion and painting five no. strips 30 cm each upto 1.50 mm fromtop of coping with black and red colour paint alternately complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Excavation and earth work, PCC for foundation and coping will be measured & paid separately under relevant items of this BOQ'
Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning in replacement of old GODs complete HT 11 kV, 400 Amp Polymer outdoor type gang operated single air-break switch, triple pole, tilting type, vertical mounting, mechanically operated consisting of hot dip galvanised channel iron base having 3 Nos 11 KV Polymer Post type insulator in stack - 3 stack per phase, copper or copper alloy high pressure heavily tinned contacts, MS arcing horns capable of breaking the magnetizing current with operating mechanism worked from ground level complete with horizontal connecting square bar, Gl pipe of size not less 25mm dia, medium grade and of suitable length as down rod levers coupling & operating handle with locking arrangement connected with new ACSR conductor (jumper) - set of 3 duly logged incoming and out going with steel nut bolts and washers incld. dismantling and taking out old switch and connections complete complying to IS 9921/1985 (Part I to IV) or its latest armendment complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: - The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cost of cutting, welding, drilling etc. and other jobs incld. cost of nut, bolts, washers, etc. minor items required for the efficient operation of GOD.
